Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! The vibe in the studio is super fun and the trainers are always encouraging. Also has shower facilities which is great if you want to head straight to work after your workout. F45 workout is always a great way to kick off your day.

I’ve trained at many gyms but what stands out with Burwood is the attention to detail with the trainers and the fun of it being team training and no egos. 45 minutes you get an epic workout and leave feeling great. life changing

Fantastic experience: The most epic gym to train at. Knowledgeable trainers who push you to your limit and such a great atmosphere! Also love the convenience of the car park at the rear and the facilities available for members to use (showers and bathrooms). Highly recommend it to anyone!

Negative experience: Beware of the hidden costs! I originally signed up to a 2 week trial from the Mindandbody app for $50 and it said it was a deposit fee and will expire in two weeks but I somehow ended up with an ongoing membership and weren't even notified? Once they physically opened up, I joined their Open Day and asked the manager to pause my membership because Ramadan was coming up as it would be impossible to fast and train at the same time and she said ' Okay' in person. A week later, they started to charge me . When I asked her why and reminded her that we had the chat about pausing my membership, she literally said ' I have lots of conversations with people in a day and that I should have emailed'. She needed to tell me I had to email this before she said ' okay I will pause it'. She clearly doesn't care about her new clients. She did say sorry in the text message but she's not willing to give me a refund at all. Be careful with their social posts because it says ' no lock in contract' but you are technically locked in for another two weeks after wanting to cancel and you need to pay because they call it ' notice fee' instead. So now as a new customer , I have been charged almost $300 for basically nothing. Be extremely careful before signing up! Really disappointing service and customer service. I have spoken to the ombudsman about the issue to seek legal advice and they said ' once they have verbally said okay I will pause, they're legally obligated to do so' but the manager accepts her mistake in her messages but refuses to understand this and refund me. And also, they said , if there is " no lock in contract " in any advertisement they can't charge anything after deciding cancellation. Definitely not a good experience.

Fantastic experience: Under new ownership and new location. We have had an excellent time so far. The trainers are experienced and are always helping with technique and pushing you a little more. This great to see and the owners are very hands on which makes a world of difference! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Structured, organised and a different workout EVERY time. F45 Burwood has awesome trainers that are so professional, friendly and motivating. Great music, great atmosphere, great people with the same focus, same drive and same enthusiasium. I love it and I'm addicted!

Fantastic experience: F45 Training Burwood VIC was all started by the trainer Sylvan. Sylvan was once a member of another F45 himself and loved it so much he set up his own! You can see how passionate he is about fitness. His focus is helping his members achieve there goals and get the most out of each and every session. To this end he is encouraging and at the same time he is able to push you to do your best. His style is emulated by the other trainers making the venue a very positive and effective experience. Overall the facilities are great, everyone is welcoming and friendly, there are lots of class times and you will see results if you put in the work! The trainers will help you along the way. I would highly recommend this to anyone unmotivated by there current regular gym routine. Thank you!

Positive experience: I signed up for a 7 day trial to give this type of training a go. Great atmosphere and trainers were attentive, observant and great with technique and helping myself and other participants with exercises. They were also motivational and made the workouts fun. The F45 concept and layout is great. The use of screens to set out the exercises is great for reminding us what exercises to do in each station which frees the trainers up to focus on technique and motivation rather than spending heaps of time on the basics. Overall the trainers were very professional and knowledgeable. I'd recommend everyone give this a go.
