Fantastic experience: I was in town for a short visit and needed a place to train Olympic Weightlifting. The owner was kind enough to let me train at a reasonable price. The gym is well equipped with barbells, plates, and platforms. There also was no issue with dropping the weights. I definitely enjoyed training here and would recommend it for anyone interested in Olympic Weightlifting.

Fantastic experience: I started my journey with Leora in January 2022 and in this short span of time I've made strides in my weight loss and fitness goals as a result of her constant encouragement, knowledge and fun session plans. Leora understands your limitations and sees your potential and works out a way to play to your strengths so you never leave a session disappointed. Highly recommend Bayside Health and Fitness!

Fantastic experience: I’m not a gym person normally, so the mix of indoor and outdoor classes is perfect. Trainers are very supportive and helpful with technique and the friendly vibe & inclusiveness from all the members really surprised me. I even went for coffee with a group after our workout. I’ve been attending now for 6 weeks and I couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Leora for a number of years now. Classes are varied and always lots of fun. Leora’s background in weightlifting means that there is a strong focus on technique. If you are looking for outdoor group training, I couldn’t recommend Bayside Health and Fitness Outdoors highly enough.
Fantastic experience: Amazing sessions, great variety of exercises. Leora is very skilled, professional and encouraging. She is catering for our different fitness levels, our injuries and issues we go through. It was fantastic keeping fit with zoom sessions during the lockdown. I love outdoor exercise, but also enjoy occasional sessions at Bayside health and fitness gym. Always great vibe and workout!!!

Fantastic experience: Individulised training in a group setting Leora provides all round training and health advice for all ages. The programs are varied and each session is different. This is done in a friendly encouraging environment. Leora works hard to keep us all on track.

Fantastic experience: I am a busy working parent, and fitting in some time for exercise is really important to me, particularly as I get older. I discovered Bayside Health and Fitness this year, and it has been the foundation for my physical and mental well being. Leora is so knowledgeable, and she is generous with sharing this with others. Her classes cater for all abilities, and it is so lovely to train in a non-competitive environment with other supportive, caring and like minded people. There is also great flexibility in training hours and locations. In lockdown, Leora draws her community together to stay positive and fit in challenging conditions. It really is a business with heart. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Love this space to train in. The atmosphere is comfortable, fun and inviting! People are friendly and accommodating to your fitness needs. Being a weightlifter, i obviously love the many platforms to choose from but for the functional side of training there is plenty of space and variety to train in. Whether you enjoy kettlebells, gymnastics, barbells or dumbells, friendly people and quality coaching then this is your space! Try it out i promise you will love it!!!
Fantastic experience: This is the place to come if you want results. But not just results, fun, fitness, friendship and health. Small personalised classes and knowledgeable coaches, with a focus on you, and having fun while exercising! Leora and her team will look after you - just take that first step!
