Fantastic experience: Vicious Cycle is a safe space for anyone interested in moving their bodies. The owner Tan has done nothing but make me feel loved, strong and appreciated in this space. I have seen both Melbourne and Sydney locations and they are both warm hugs. If you are looking for a place to push yourself this is it. The classes are challenging but obtainable, ending with a moment of peace and breath. Would recommend to anyone in or visiting Melbourne.

Fantastic experience: Amazing people at Vicious Cycle. We had to plan a hen’s night for our friend and they were super responsive and enthusiastic, even providing bubbles and a special song track. Also we were running late for the class, but Ashley remained calm and patient with us. She tried her best to accommodate us. We also enjoyed her teaching. Her friendliness and hospitality is top notch.

Fantastic experience: I have been spinning at Vicious Cycle for close to 6 years. This place is my life. I love the studio, the instructors, the music and the space. This does not feel like a chore, I crave my morning classes and they make me feel energised, inspired and invigorated for my day ahead. I highly recommend spin classes at VC for a full mind, body and soul experience. Do it!

Fantastic experience: I came across Vicious Cycle more than a year ago. I have tried a few spin classes in the past and never really enjoyed the atmosphere hence didn't continue on. Even though the VC studio location is a drive away, it never deterred me to be a part of the VC community. The classes are strong and leaves you wanting more- besides building on my fitness, I really enjoy the positive vibe and the spin family I've grown to love over the year. I love that every instructor is passionate, sincere, and motivating. Definitely recommend VC to anyone on any level. You will love it and much as I do.

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen a lot of spinning studios, but Vicious is a place to go and grow physically and mentally. I love being a part of such an amazing community, attend daily classes! Fantastic experience: Vicious Cycle became my 2nd home back when I initially came to the studio in Feb 2020. I was fresh from NYC and didnt know a soul in Sydney. Through the Vicious community, I have met some of my closest friends who I look forward to seeing at class each week. The energy and vibe of this amazing studio keeps me coming back <3

Fantastic experience: Super premium bikes and nice space! The class with Tanya was really good! Spin classes are the best for it's high intensity and working up a good sweat! Wish the studio is in the city so it's closer for me to come more often!
