Fantastic experience: Luke is very experienced and highly qualified. Helped me recover from injury and trained my throughout pregnancy and afterwards.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been training with Luke for over 6 months now and it's been great. After less than 2 months we have already noticed some great improvements in our strength and our level of fitness. Luke is capable of training both myself and my wife at the same time although we are on different fitness levels and have different body types. The training sessions are so enjoyable and he has the perfect balance between training hard and having fun. We always look forward to the next training session. We have tried differemnt trainers in the past couple of years but Luke has been the best one hands down. We are looking forward to continue training with Luke in future!
