Fantastic experience: By far, the best Jetts branch there is. Everything is always clean, from the equipment to the toilet. There's also a lot of space to do your own thing; whether you're a deadlift-all-day kind of person, free weights, callisthenics, cardio beasting, or want to play it safe with machines - there's just so much variety. To top it all off, the community is great. No ego, no judgement, and everyone's willing to help one another.

Fantastic experience: Iv been going to jetts grafton for about 3 years now the managers an personal trainers are great super friendly an professional i recently had my first personal trainer session with rhys because i wanted to learn how to squat properly within 15 minutes i could feel the difference i felt less awkward with the motion an i was lifting a bit heavier even we still had another 45 minutes we had a small chat i mentioned one of my knees are weaker then the other after a quad bike accident last year he then took me threw a few more exercises to strengthen an stabilise my knee also some warm-ups by the end of the session i felt way more confident to do sqauts an the knee exercises are really helpful my legs where feeling the burn but i felt amazing after the session 10/10 would recommend rhys for a personal trainer very helpful welcoming definitely knows his stuff ill be doing more session to make sure my form an knee strength is progressing properly cheers rhys an jetts best gym 10/10:)

Fantastic experience: First time gym user here. I joined up to recover from an achilles tear. Best thing I've done. The staff are fantastic and facilities/equipment are top notch. Shout out to James who has made the experience fun and curbing my shyness to attend a gym. The program put together for my injury and other aliments was carefully thought through and delivered. I now have no worries about tearing my achilles again as it feels stronger than before I started. Big shout out to all the team.

Positive experience: Joined today, first impressions the place was super clean, equipment was spread out and Jamie was super friendly when joining earlier today! The only fault I felt was that there was no stairmaster machines in the gym but other than that I was happy with everything else.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! Friendly and energetic staff who are always encouraging. I have been coming to Jetts Grafton now for over 12 months and have never felt better physically and mentally, my personal trainer James Johnston has been nothing but motivating and enthusiastic during all of our sessions. All the Jetts staff have so much knowledge and experience to offer all their members. Best gym in Grafton!

Positive experience: Best gym in Grafton in my opinion, plenty of machines, benches, racks - everything you need. It does get busy but so does every gym, the staff are fantastic and shout out to the air-conditioning.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, paying a day session at 20$ to learn that the room is not accessible from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. No insurance is included in this price, strange.
Hi Martin, We offer a 24/7 facility to all of our members. Unfortunately we cannot be in the club 24/7 for everyone. We are staffed from 9am-12pm and 3pm-6pm from Monday to Thursday and 9am- 12pm Friday and Saturday. These are the times our casual users and under 16s can attend. Sorry for any confusion, our staffed hours are listed clearly on the front door as you enter and on our website and social pages. I understand you were able to use our club for a couple of hours. Thank you for choosing our facility. Thank you also for your feedback as we take everything on board and strive to be better at what we do and what we offer.
