Fantastic experience: Rob is friendly, positive, and knowledgeable. The exercises were tailored to my specific needs and he made it interesting by varying the exercises each week. When I had some pain in my knee he was able to help me work through it and modified the exercises to suit. I enjoyed our training sessions and always felt so accomplished afterwards!
Fantastic experience: I’ve had several personal trainers over the years, but none have come close to the level of expertise and care that Rob provides. He’s not only an outstanding personal trainer but also a skilled physiotherapist, which has been invaluable in helping me with my back pain and correcting my posture. Rob developed a customized diet and workout plan tailored to my goals, helping me lose weight and build muscle effectively. On top of all that, he’s incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely invested in my progress. I can’t recommend him enough for anyone looking to make real, lasting changes to their fitness and health.
Fantastic experience: I love training with Rob! I came to Rob to strengthen my back (I injured my lower back) and develop functional muscles for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. As an experienced Jiu Jitsu practitioner, he understood immediately what I needed and developed a program that has tremendously helped my Jiu Jitsu game. Ever since training with Rob, I found my performance in Jiu Jitsu has significantly improved and I became less injury-prone. We later on trained together for another 12 months to get me competition ready. He developed a nutrition plan, refined my program and pushed me beyond my limits at every session. I felt extremely good and confident with my endurance, cardio, strength and mental game at the end of the program. There were times I unknowingly injured myself, as a chiropractor/physio himself, he was able to fix me up on the spot. That made me feel really safe to be training with him no matter how hard he pushes me. I absolutely enjoyed training with Rob. Rob is your guy when it comes to PT, highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing PT who doubles as a Massage therapist. Really knows his stuff and will correct your form which was so important to me. Massage style is deep tissue and he really got into those tight muscles. Wouldn't recommend any one else for massage

Fantastic experience: Robert is undoubtedly the best trainer in the area. I have been training with him for quite a long time now and he has an excellent understanding of my training objectives and has consistently designed my programmes that meet my aims. He strikes and excellent balance between pushing me, and making me feel i can alway achieve more than i think. Rob has also helped me determine the best diet for me and has been very helpful and informative both during and outside our sessions. Highly Recommended.

Fantastic experience: Rob has worked magic on my lower back, shoulders and legs over the past 10 months. I have had other treatments done however the Physical therapy that Rob gives me along with his knowledge of personal training and rehabilitation, has abled me to return back to my sports. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I've also recommended my family members to see him too.
Fantastic experience: I've been training with Rob for 4 years now & I honestly couldn't recommend him enough. I wasn't very confident with my technique & form on lifts when I first started gym. Was quite scared to go into the weights section in the gym. Rob is extremely knowledgable, supportive & down to earth. He's educated me on how to correctly lift & how to best manage my nutrition to match my goals. My confidence in the gym has improved so much as a result. My training style has changed over the past 4 years & each time, Rob has provided me programs & nutrition guide to help achieve those goals. I've seen incredible progress in my strength & overall muscle gain (which was my main goal) He even created an at home program during COVID lockdown. He always goes above & beyond! Over the past 2 years, he's also trained me in Muay Thai & helped me learn a new skill! Rob's an incredible trainer & I would ALWAYS recommend him to anyone!
Fantastic experience: I had Rob as my personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach for 2 years. Rob is extremely passionate about his clients and has strong work ethics. Every sessions is tailored based on your needs and goals. He made a huge difference in my training regiment, and helped with my compound exercises and losing body fat. I absolutely recommend Rob as a coach and PT.

My body has dramatically changed in learning about technique and form when it comes to weight training and martial arts such as Muay Thai.
