Fantastic experience: My husband I have been coming to Fitstop for nearly a year now when our local Gym shut down. We didn’t know what to expect, we’d only known our local gym since we moved to Sydney. But this has been such a great move for us! Equipment: you’ll the find some of the best gym equipment here - and a solid variety. Which means you’ll have plenty of variation in exercises Gym: it seems tiny from the outside but I’d say think small but mighty - it’s got everything you need from toilets to showers which are brand new and maintained so you’re not grossed out. Gym hygiene is top priority for us and it ticks all the boxes Program: Everyday there’s a different program, and it never gets repeated so there’s no boredom or been there done that. You’re constantly being challenged. I’m a cardio girl so I love the Wednesday workouts which push me to my limits and beyond. App: there’s an app to support your training, while the basics of booking are there, you can track your progress on reps and pretty extensive menu on healthy recipes Finally the coaches: they are amazing. Liv is the best, she’s the manager there - your go to problem solver, full of energy and makes your sessions entertaining in every possible way. We see Hugh, Ben, Kristy, Calissa depending on which day you’re going and they’re all a great bunch. If you’re looking for a new gym to sign up - HIGHLY Recommend you give this a trial. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Joining Fitstop at Dural has been transformational for me and I am so glad that I made the decision to join. The daily programs are always different so no chance of getting bored with the routine. The trainers are absolutely amazing, so friendly and supportive. Fantastic experience: Very fun gym with an amazing community

Fantastic experience: Fitstop Dural is a great gym for all fitness levels, bit of a mix of HIIT, basic CrossFit style workouts with squat racks so you can lift as heavy as you want safely. Been training here for close to a year now, trainers are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Special shout out to Olivia and Hugh, Liv will instantly improve your mood with her infectious personality and Hugh will challenge you with increased weight or form improvements to get the most out of each session. There's a kids corner which helps when you've got your little one with you. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've been at fitstop Dural now for 10 weeks and its the best decision I have made in regards to my training. Olivia and all the coaches are so supportive and motivating. The classes are so diverse with a focus on functional fitness, conditioning and strength so its a perfect balance of fitness and strength which I have beneifted from since training there. But the best thing about fitstop apart from the the amazing coaches is the equally amazing members. Its a real family atmosphere, everyone is supportive and friendly and I've made some incredible friends, and along with the personal results I've achieved is the reason i keep coming back. I'm a fitstopper for life now and I love it.

Fantastic experience: Fitstop Dural is like a second family! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, every workout is fun, even when my body says it's not ‍♀️‍♀️ The fitness classes are well planned, and I feel stronger and more energised after each session and they're always filled with motivating laughter - truly amazing! Highly recommend ✨️

Fantastic experience: Joining Fitstop Dural was the best decision I made. I was on the hunt for an affordable community focused gym that offered early morning and evening classes. I hit the jackpot with Fitstop Dural, Liv and the team are just the best! The team are so friendly and knowledgable, the workouts challenging but fun and I’ve made some great friends along the way. 5am Fitstop crew, it’s where the fun is at !

Fantastic experience: The best gym community in The Hills!! At first I was hesitant to join a group fitness style gym but it’s truely the best! Liv and the whole team are always encouraging and enthusiastic and feel like family. I will not stop recommending Fitstop Dural to people that are looks for a change, fun and SUPER supportive community.

Fantastic experience: Fitstop Dural is easily the best fitness experience I’ve ever had. It takes so much more than “a good workout” to make a good gym. You need supportive trainers, a sense of community, also encouragement and education. Fitstop is exceptional at all of these. It goes without saying, Liv truly makes this gym what it is. She is the BEST trainer and encourager and always lifts the energy (even at 6am!!) The kids area is great for parents - my 2yo daughter asks us if she “can go to gym” so definitely makes going to the gym easier for busy parents!

Fantastic experience: The best gym and community!! Fitstop Dural is exactly what the Hills community needed. The atmosphere in the gym is always positive , the coaches and other people in the gym are always supportive and it is a fun environment. The variety of workouts always keep your body moving and you are never bored of the workouts. Liv goes above and beyond to ensure each and every member is enjoying themselves and getting the most out of the gym. Liv and Hugh are amazing coaches who ensure you know what you are doing in the classes , their detailed delivery makes trying new exercises easy , the coaches are always encouraging and supporting everyone and they also give recognition when needed. Liv and Hugh go above and beyond in each class and walk around to each person in the class giving them that extra push to achieve their goals. If you are looking for a new gym , Fitstop Dural is the place to be !!!

Positive experience: I’m onto my third week at Fitstop and am so impressed with how welcomed everyone has made me feel. The entire team are so professional and have such incredible experience and knowledge and help to encourage you to do your best you can do on the day. I’ve seen measurement results in such a short time and have become rather addicted to the crew that make you feel special everytime you show up to train. 10/10. ****update**** I encountered some challenges with canceled classes, particularly at 8.30 am on Saturdays, which was disheartening given my premium membership. However, I appreciate that the situation has been rectified, and the team has addressed the concerns, making the necessary adjustments. It's reassuring to see their commitment to providing a positive experience for all members.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely LOVE this gym! The class times work brilliantly with my crazy lifestyle. The trainers and the other gym members are all so encouraging, it’s a real crazy gym family and I love it, it makes getting to the gym on the rough days so much more rewarding. I’ve seen such great results in myself with the way the program works and have been able to easily tracks my results on the app. The trainers also encourage you to do so. Liv has really listened to the extra class times I’ve needed and tried hard to make them work making us feel so appreciated as a member. I’ve been to a few gyms and this one is by far my favourite. Everything just works! Liv has such an infectious personality that even on your hard days you walk out feeling happier. Love Love Love!!!

The classes themselves are great with plenty of variety, and Liv’s infectious energy makes it that much easier to get to the gym at 6am. Best gym in Dural!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, great community. Everyone is extremely welcoming and the trainers are motivating and knowledgeable. There is always someone there to give you a spot or to push you that bit further. Olivia the manager always has a smile on her face and her enthusiasm is contagious.
