F45 Training Caringbah

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training here now for a little over a year and I feel compelled to write this review. This has no doubt been one of the most motivating fitness gyms I have ever trained in. Their workouts are challenging but extremely effective at building strength and fitness and I’m very pleased with the results I’m seeing. I’m feeling perhaps the fittest I have ever been thanks to the support of the trainers who know exactly how and when to push us. I’m now at a point where I’m lifting heavier and hitting some incredible milestones that I didn’t think I could. My back is the strongest it’s ever been and I’m sleeping much better at night without pain and have more recently been waking without any stiffness or discomfort. The beauty about what they do here is that they provide a personalised approach to all members ensuring we’re all on track to achieving our lifestyle and fitness goals. Whilst it’s a group session, everyone is seen to and constantly being attended to regularly over the course of the session which is what I personally find contributes to our motivation levels and helps keep us accountable and returning back each time. They have really worked hard at creating a fabulous community and a welcoming environment and you feel the positive energy every time you walk in. Katie is an amazing manager and you can see she is really invested time in her team of staff as they all have a fabulous attitude whenever we present for a session. It’s also been wonderful to be able to train with my hubby and venture on this fitness journey together with the trainers continual support. They never forget conversations you’ve had with them which goes to show they care about their community of members. Thanks guys you’ve been absolutely amazing to us. We can’t recommend you highly enough!

Such a fun way to exercise and get in shape and just so convenient!! Great sense of community and perfect for all ages!!

Negative experience: This F45 keeps sending me spam text messages. I have replied stop multiple times and have called and left messages for them to stop but they continue to spam me. To this day, i'm still getting spam - 28 November 2019

Fantastic experience: Love the classes, the guys are so motivating and really push you to do your best. Tough but well worth it!

Fantastic experience: I'm not one for going to the gym and had previously tried a lot of different ways to get back in to regular exercise. I took up a free week trial to see if it was worthwhile - I've been pleasantly surprised how supportive and welcoming the staff are. I'd highly recommend this gym regardless to your fitness level.
