Fantastic experience: Such a great place to do boxing. The trainers motivate, teach and help you get the most out of your session. Everyone has there own Boxing bag so no matter if your male, female, young or old you can hit as hard or soft as you like and everybody can train at the level they are comfortable with. I train with my 14 year old son and we both get an amazing workout each time. So don't feel intimidated or worry that you will be partnered up with somebody that will hit twice as hard as you. I sincerely feel that most people will really enjoy it, so come and try it and we might see you there

The facilities are targeted to meet your performance goals, and the timetables are well suited to early starters like me. The style of training is tailored to suit all levels of fitness, which means the more you push yourself, the faster you will see results. And to top it all up, you get a freshly new location close to the beach!

Huge floor space with all the weight equipment you'll ever need, female friendly facilities are great, and there's even a kids corner if that's something you require. Trainers are so enthusiastic and attentive, I'm very proud to be a TTF member

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been with this gym long but the owner Paul Rose and his team were so welcoming. I was blown away with all the new equipment and the boxing and kickboxing classes are amazing. I have never been to a gym that has a sprint track and so many different pieces of equipment that my training sessions are never boring. I have been to many gyms in my life but I can honestly say that hands down best value for money considering I can train on my own or choose to do a class all in the same membership. Love this gym and found my home for life. Thanks TTF
