Fantastic experience: I've been training with them for a while and have been able to see quite a few changes in my mind and body. Every time that I attend class, I always encounter a well-guided and challenging workout with the best energy from the coaches but also from the members, who encourage you in your own personal journey but it's always fun when I notice small improvements . Joining Fitstop Belmont has been a great decision.

Fantastic experience: First week of Fitstop Belmont after winning a free month in a charity auction. Big change from what I’m used to and was nervous coming in! Everyone is super friendly and helped me when I had no idea which excercise was next and loosing my way, the coaches helped with my technique and gave praise when needed. Loving my first week and the range of classes and times offered!

Fantastic experience: A few months ago, I moved to Belmont and explored various gyms and CrossFit centers. Among them all, Fitstop Belmont stands out as my favorite. The coaches here are incredibly motivating and knowledgeable, creating an environment that's both fun and supportive. Sharni, in particular, is amazing with her regular check-ins to ensure everything is going well. All members that I train with daily are so friendly and energetic, making every session enjoyable. There are so many exciting activities and challenges that keep things fresh and engaging. The workouts are tough but designed to avoid injury. I couldn't recommend Fitstop Belmont highly enough! . ⭐️

Fantastic experience: I walked into Fitstop Belmont 18 months ago wanting to get a bit fitter, but it’s wildly exceeded my expectations. Becoming fitter and stronger is now just a nice byproduct of great workouts, a fantastic community and coaches who actually care about you and your progress. I’ve worked out at other Fitstop locations along my journey and none compare to Belmont. I’m so lucky it’s my local club! The gyms clean and the workouts are challenging but very fun. No matter how far I seem to progress, the workouts and coaches always push me to be 1% better after a session than when I walked in. I’ve made great mates along the way and can’t wait to make more progress and memories at Belmont along my journey. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: After struggling to find a gym I enjoyed, I joined Fitstop a couple of months back and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Each week brings something new and challenging and the coaches are super helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: All the Coaches and staff are so welcoming and encouraging. When I first started I wasn't able to keep up with the class as I was quite unfit. That was OK though as I only did what I could do and aimed to improve each time I went. There were some new exercises that I found hard at first also and one in particular, the kick through, I even practiced that one at home as I was determined that I was going to keep up with or be able to complete the full class. It took me about 2 months of going fairly consistently before I was able to do this and I was noticing my strength increasing and my clothes were starting to get baggier. I've been going for almost a year now and have noticed a big difference how I feel and what I can do in my day to day which might have been a bit harder before taking the step to join Fitstop and start looking after myself. I would highly recommend Fitstop Belmont for the excellent team and good community feel they have. All they need from you is for you to turn up and try your best and you'll be the better version of you in no time. I strongly recommend FitStop Belmont!! See you there : )

Fantastic experience: What are you waiting for? .. join Fitstop Belmont... I started my journey at fitstop_belmont in 2024 and is been an incredible journey. The team is awesome and always supportive and all the people at the class are incredible.. there is always a possibility to share some chat.. love it (you cannot find that everywhere)... From years of stop of my fitness journey... I had to build my strength and my breath one class at the time... and try to push my self little bit more every time... and this was possible with the help of the awesome team and all the people that were part/and still part of the team during your session. Session are great and with variety to be able to develop different skills every tine and build your strengths in the 12 weeks blocks. You will find a little creche if you would like to bring your little one, where they will be able to play a bit or watch something, depending on their interest. For me FITSTOP means F = Fun (because you will share a laugh in any sessions) I = Intense (because in any sessions there is always a block that will be more intense that another one, or all the session sometime) T = Training (because you will always be training yourself to push you limit) What to say in the end... THANKS @fitstop_belmont to be so awesome!!!

Fantastic experience: I am going into my 4th week training at FitStop Belmont and I'm really enjoying it. I am 9 months post-partum and it's nice to have an hour dedicated to me and my health when we enter a class. I say we because I can bring my daughter and that's the best part! The coaches are so lovely and made me feel very welcomed! The team (other memebers) are fantastic and are so kind to me and my daughter, helping out to entertain her while I finish my set. Belmont FitStop have Creche facilities also so if your young ones are happy to go in that's great! I look forward to continuing my FitStop journey for not only optimal physical health, but also mental health. How cool that my daughter gets to see mummy train and keep promoting a healthy life style balance. Highly recommended coming down and checking it out!! Anyone and everyone is welcome.

Fantastic experience: Fitstop Belmont is the most welcoming gyms I have ever been to. When I started I had just moved interstate to Perth and from the very first session we knew we found our new community and new gym family. The coaches made us instantly felt at home and they have helped my husband and I become the healthiest version of ourselves. They were incredibly supportive during my pregnancy when I was medically unable to exercise; Sharni and the team would constantly check in with me to see how I was going, reinforcing how much more it is then just a place to workout. The kidstop creche set up allows me to safely take my kids to any classes making the gym so accessible to working families and allows my husband and I to workout together again for the first time in over 2 years

Fantastic experience: I joined Fitstop Belmont in May 2024 after having a baby in December 2023, knowing absolutely nothing about the gym—except that people lift heavy things and somehow enjoy it. Fast forward a few months, and now I’m one of those people! The trainers are like fitness magicians pushing me to do things I never thought possible (like actually enjoying burpees… okay, maybe not). The community is amazing and friendly, the workouts are brutal in the best way, and I leave every session feeling stronger (and slightly questioning my life choices). 10/10 would recommend—just don’t say I didn’t warn you about the soreness!

Fantastic experience: Where to even start. Fitstop Belmont has changed my life. The coaches and amazing community of people is incredible. We are like one big family and support each other not just on our fitness journey but through the ups and downs of life. After moving from Queensland in 2023, and knowing no one I have created my own little fit fam because of the incredible vibe and inclusive nature. Not to mention kids stop! The fact I can train at anytime and bring my son without the stress of having to entertain him for an hour is a huge win. A massive shoutout to Sharni who seamlessly manages Fitstop and helps create this epic Fitstop Family and makes everyone feel so welcome. I look forward to every training session and have kicked some serious fitness goals thanks to the amazing team at Fitstop Belmont

Fantastic experience: Fitstop Belmont has helped me to regain my fitness postpartum. The class structure helps keep me accountable and the programming is well structured and easily trackable; I have already seen major progress in my strength and fitness since starting. As a mum, I love that they have a crèche, especially one where I can keep an eye on my daughter and she can see me at all times. The trainers are super friendly and welcoming and the overall vibe is so positive and supportive. I love not having to think when I enter the gym, and know I’m always going to get a good workout!

Negative experience: I was hoping that once anytime gym closed a proper gym 24/7 like Jetts or goodlife was opening there …. So sad

Fantastic experience: Fitstop Belmont has an amazing fitness community. I've really enjoy the functional fitness that is always altered to varying fitness levels. The coaching staff are extremely knowledgeable and are well equipped to make sure you get the most out of every session. I would highly recommend Fitstop Belmont to all people new to the gym and those “seasoned” athletes!
