F45 Training Zetland

Fantastic experience: This is the best functional training gym in Zetland and the surrounding area. Everyone from trainers to members is welcoming and friendly. Amazing environment that will make you feel at ease from the first day. You can get amazing results if you commit to training. The challenges are also an amazing way to measure your progress and set yourself an achievable target.

Fantastic experience: LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I've been a member of F45 Zetland for over 5 years now and I love the atmosphere and training environment. The trainers are amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. The workouts are a good challenge and I can feel I've become faster and stronger. I've met some great friends at here and I enjoy going every time.

Fantastic experience: Being a complete novice I have to say the idea of F45 was terrifying and first class I was about 95% of the way there to vomiting all over the room! But, through the amazing, friendly, personable trainers and owners I have been able to stick it out for the last 3 weeks. So far I’m really enjoying it all- it’s a great community of people, no judgement and pushes you to your limits with a load of like minded people. Would unreservedly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The team at F45 Zetland are fantastic. They really look out for everyone in the class to motivate and most importantly to check your form. I’ve been hesitant to do intense group fitness, as I worried about injuries. I feel really reassured that the team have their eyes on me throughout the class.

Negative experience: I have been to a couple F45's (I move around a bit for work) They have all been amazing except F45 Zetland. I have never left a review before. It takes a lot for me to publicly show my disappointment. They are money hungry, sneaky and disorganised. I would strongly recommend avoiding both of their gyms (Alexandria & Zetland) there are plenty of other great F45 studios around the area.

Fantastic experience: This studio was my first ever F45 experience and I couldn’t be happier! Kalin and his team are amazing, always smiling and passionate about their work. I just finished my 2-week free trial and the only reason I didn’t go forward was because I’m on an yearly gym membership at the moment. Well, I thought I would give F45 a go and I’m not disappointed!
