Negative experience: - -⭐️ Took son for a trial class at boxing, just little while back, And what a Horrible experience that was! barely made it through the class. Entered the building with barely a welcome. Couch/trainer didn’t Acknowledge us at all. When it came to going through punches He Didn’t run us through what was happening, We had to guess! When one of the experienced children were happy to help us. He literally told him, not to worry about us, to just punch, while ushering him back in to their group. My son had been getting bullied at school, so for my baby to ask to learn how to protect himself. I’m still pissed that’s what we had to experience. I Would never take my children there nor would I ever recommend it to ANYONE!

Fantastic experience: Been training here since early 2012. It's an awesome place to train, learn and socialize. It's an environment free of ego, which is rare for a gym of any kind. Highly recommend this for anyone thinking of training in any of the martial arts provided, especially Brazilian Jujitsu. Peace
