The trainers are encouraging you every Session, they push you to be your best. Waking up for an early 5am session has never been so enjoyable. So glad I found this little community.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Fitstop Waikiki for about 8 weeks now and I absolutely love it. I've never been able to push myself or grow strength before the way I have in just these short 8 weeks. And for that I have the training plan but also the amazing coaches to thank! Zoe, Tom and Leigh are all fantastic coaches. Tom is professional, very patient and motivating. Zoe is a fantastic coach, knowledgeable, friendly & helps you push past your limits. Leigh is great fun, also a great coach with great knowledge and motivating. All coaches are clearly experienced in the fitness industry and make the workout space a super positive one. Koko who works in the creche is absolutely fantastic too, so caring and incredible with young kids of all ages,my little boy gets so excited to come in to see her. Gym manager/coach Cee is super energetic, really pushes beyond limits and is really on it with newsletters, updates & responding to queries. Thanks guys. Great gym. Great staff.

Fantastic experience: From the get-go the vibe at Waikiki Fitstop has been amazing the trainers are so welcoming and make you instantly feel like one of the family. All brand new equipment, great value for money, amazing inviting staff and the best vibe which sets me up for my day. Fantastic experience: I have been training at Fitstop Waikiki since opening and overall really impressed with both the facility and the franchise. Only the newest equipment from Australian companies really show where Fitstop hold their values and they have also gotten behind my daughters local soccer club as sponsors. The coaches are awesome and always very encouraging and learn quickly where your strengths are and what exercises you can push harder with, just shows how attentive they are. Love training here

All the members I've met have good vibes, and make it a welcoming environment. Classes are well structured, there is good mix of strength and conditioning vs cardio.
