Fantastic experience: This place is my haven! There’s such a great variety of classes for all different skill levels and interests, and the teachers are incredible. I went through a very tough time in 2024 and I feel that the ability to come and spend time on myself with wonderful people allowed me to get through it. I’ve made such lovely friends, and feel such a wonderful sense of community. I could not live without it. A special shout out to Ash who has been teaching the Aerial classes for the last couple of years and now also the new owner

I’ve loved every class I’ve been to and always look forward to the next. The membership is great there are so many classes to choose from and all the teachers I’ve had have been amazing

Fantastic experience: I had the best yoga experience in this place. I took the unlimited membership so I can choose the class based on my flexibility. All teachers are different and all of them provide my needs. The only regret that I have that I didn’t join sooner. Thank you teachers, Mel Champion especially.

Fantastic experience: The most lovely & beautiful people at Life Yoga. All the teachers are down to earth, friendly & inclusive. The owner Mel is so warm & inviting. The space is beautiful and so functional, the water features from the nursery add that extra touch or tranquil. The range of classes available is great and there’s something for everyone. Aerial yoga is incredible & hard to find! Highly recommend to anyone local or visiting!
