Life Yoga Goulburn

Fantastic experience: I was passing through Goulburn on my travels and I'm so glad I found this lovely and welcoming yoga community. There is a nice variety of classes on offer and I found each instructor to be very knowledgeable and engaging. The 7-day trial pass allowed me to turn my stay into a much needed yoga retreat. Definitely the kind of community I'll be looking to join when I get home. Thank you Ash and everyone for making me feel welcome. Wishing you all well ❤️

Fantastic experience: I was convinced by a friend to try aerial yoga, all it took was one class and I'm hooked! Ash is a wonderful instructor, classes are so fun and I'm now going 3 times a week. I've also done some other sessions including flow, slow flow, and rest, and they are all just as good and help to quiet my brain ✨️

Fantastic experience: The WE ARE LIFE YOGA studio is such a beautiful setting for my yoga practice - light, airy and spacious....within the GEHL Garden centre the water features and plants at the entry to the studio set the scene for a perfect practice. Ash has curated a variety of classes 7 days a week, some very early morning sessions to later in the evening - there's a class on the schedule to suit almost everyone. The community here are a friendly and supportive bunch of yogis, of all ages and many backgrounds. If you're thinking of yoga in Goulburn - this is the perfect place to be.... you don't even need to bring a mat...just bring yourself - there are plenty of mats and other props available for all to use. Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience at We are Life Yoga. The instructor- Ash, created a calm, welcoming environment that made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. The flow was well-paced, with options for all levels, and I appreciated the gentle guidance on alignment and breathing. I left feeling both energized and deeply relaxed—a perfect balance. The atmosphere was supportive and uplifting, and it truly felt like a space to reconnect with myself ✨️

Fantastic experience: This place is my haven! There’s such a great variety of classes for all different skill levels and interests, and the teachers are incredible. I went through a very tough time in 2024 and I feel that the ability to come and spend time on myself with wonderful people allowed me to get through it. I’ve made such lovely friends, and feel such a wonderful sense of community. I could not live without it. A special shout out to Ash who has been teaching the Aerial classes for the last couple of years and now also the new owner

Fantastic experience: I had the best yoga experience in this place. I took the unlimited membership so I can choose the class based on my flexibility. All teachers are different and all of them provide my needs. The only regret that I have that I didn’t join sooner. Thank you teachers, Mel Champion especially.

The space is beautiful and so functional, the water features from the nursery add that extra touch or tranquil. The range of classes available is great and there’s something for everyone. Aerial yoga is incredible & hard to find! Highly recommend to anyone local or visiting!
