Fantastic experience: Amazing trainers, first-class facilities
Fantastic experience: I’ve been enjoying this gym so far. Everything is tailored to your needs. Trainers are unbelievably flexible there. I really love Michael’s approach to training, as he is very knowledgeable and wants you to improve each session. We’ve made some good progress together, I am so happy he is taking my needs seriously. The only thing I could suggest overall is maybe trying to push clients even harder and write things down, so that we are sure we progress and do not start from the beginning each session.

He's also fantastic at pushing me beyond my comfort zone and helping me discover what I'm truly capable of. If you're looking for someone to challenge you, Jordan is your guy. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Awesome atmosphere with amazing and friendly trainers. They do a great job in keeping you motivated and happy. I train with Josh and he is simply outstanding, he trains you like he is a friend and considers every tiny detail of mine like his own.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a positive and motivating atmosphere. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and truly care about helping you reach your fitness goals.
Fantastic experience: Finding a a place that you can exercise when you have a disability and are very self conscious is almost impossible. I’m so glad I found Project Fitness! They cater for every age group and specifically focus training and exercise for people with injuries and disabilities. I’ve found more than a place to exercise - the trainers are all amazing, knowledgeable and have extensive experience. They challenge you and take the time to get to know you as a person. From group classes to PT sessions and just utilising the gym - Project Fitness does it all and then some. They have given me confidence and the ability to focus on my strengths not my weaknesses. The people who come to the gym are a reflection of the amazing staff. They foster a social aspect to training and really care about the specific goals of each member. There’s no other place quite like Project Fitness. To say that I recommend this gym is a complete understatement. They deserve 10 stars
Fantastic experience: The concept of going to the gym can be intimidating, especially for people like me who don't know how to start or may not have the confidence they can maintain this commitment. It's a 5am session start after all! The team at Project Fitness have taken away this fear. They are kind, positive and knowledgeable in what they do, creating and adapting workout plans to suit my needs and goals. In just 4 months, I already feel stronger, more confident in my abilities and look forward to each session.

Fantastic experience: I joined almost about 9 months ago, looking for a small gym that is not crowded, with trainers that actually help your form and hold me accountable! PF is definitely it! The trainers are hilarious, chilled, knowledgeable and just an overall great vibe! Shout out to Kev who has to endure me yelling, cursing, whining at him throughout 3 sessions a week! Fantastic experience: Absolutely love PF! I started when the gym first opened and have always felt so welcomed and loved by the staff and clients. The trainers helped me during my pregnancy and now postpartum. Every trainer has encouraged me to do my best and to enjoy coming into the gym. It’s one big family and that’s the kind of energy you need whilst trying to get fit. The atmosphere is truly inspiring and heartwarming. I’m so happy to be apart of something that makes me feel good about myself. I’ve really noticed a difference physically and mentally with the PT sessions I have and the classes I do.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with project fitness for 5 years they show there clients the upmost professionalism and also having fun in a social community gym. It’s for all different sizes like myself very curvy. AND the classes are great but boxing is my FAV. So if you want a personalised Gym that’s not intimating and staff that have a great smile Project fitness is the one for you .
