Positive experience: I've had a perfectly good time at this gym. What a shame it is that they have to ruin it by requiring a whole month cancelation period. I could understand 14 days, but this seems excessive and predatory

Fantastic experience: A great gym. Large space, not too busy and fantastic equipment. Staff and friendly and very helpful. Definitely worth it.

Fantastic experience: I was worried reading the review from a mother about her son having trouble with this gym. I spoke to Reuben when my son had his membership suspended accidentally and Reuben fixed the problem in under 10 minutes over the phone. My son’s induction paperwork was simply not uploaded from a previous membership when he reactivated the new membership online.

Fantastic experience: Really well equipped & clean gym. Staff super friendly and efficient. 3 day free pass is very generous.

Negative experience: THE WORST SERVICE EVER I have cancel my membership multiple times and still get fined, when I talk to staff they leave the conversation before it’s finished without even trying to solve it. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

Fantastic experience: An excellent gym with all of the free weights and machines you could want. An exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and can-do staff, with a special mention of Leah, the manager. The customer service is definitely stand-out. The gym is extremely clean, the machines are all in tip-top condition and it’s never too crowded to be able use the machines/weights when you want. In addition, the app is superb and very user friendly. It makes auto-entry outside manned hours very simple. I’d thoroughly recommend Gym Lime to everyone.

Positive experience: Good vibe, 24/7 access and reasonably priced. Phone app access is really nice. No keycards required. Lacks some equipment (boxing and weight machines) nothing major. Can be fairly packed at peak times, leading to a bit of wait for equipment but very rare. Lot of parking and offers HIIT for those interested.

Negative experience: Ok gym but after after receiving a call from them asking if I wanted to cancel my membership last yeah they continued to charge me and couldn't even refund what they owed. Aslo was told it was my fault and couldn't even cancel my membership in store.

Fantastic experience: Club Lime, Ballarat is enjoyable to go to, with friendly helpful staff, is easily accessible and flexible, has clean equipment, is safe with respectable clientele of all ages. The PT gave great advice with notable results and goals reached after a couple of months, now maintaining comfortably.
