Fantastic experience: Gains Gym is everything you could want in a Gym. The staff are super friendly, always happy to have a chat, check in on you and help you with any concerns. They really help build a really positive atmosphere. The gym itself is really well equipped with everything you could want. As someone who always struggled with feeling comfortable at a Gym and staying consistent, Gains has made me feel at home when I'm there. I've tried a few different gyms and Gains is by the far the best I've ever been to. The PTs are great too. Shout out Chris because he has made it really easy to come to the gym. Gave me a great program, and has helped me feel confident in using equipment I normally would have avoided. All in all, highly recommend to anyone looking to start or continue their fitness journeys

It has all the equipment you need along with a great atmosphere. Nathan who is the owner is a top guy. Super friendly and welcoming. If your looking for a hidden gem this gym is it!!

Fantastic experience: Great gym ..... as a full-time traveller, I made good use of the reasonably priced 5-day pass. The gym has everything you need and more to get a workout done. All the staff were great and I felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door...... I will definitely come back when I visit again....

Fantastic experience: Small but well equipped gym. 24hr access which is essential for me. Friendly staff. Well lit and ample parking. Clean facilities, shower available.

Fantastic experience: Strongly recomend this gym. The two that own it Aaron and his brother are top blokes very friendly people/ service and very helpful and knowledgeable. Happy to have a good chat to ya and answer all questions you have, they also make you feel very welcome. Extreemly clean place very good relaxed gym to train in and has lockers, showers and a kitchenette. Also the PT that works there Matt is also a top bloke and very friendly and knowledgeable/helpful. Plenty of gear and machines to achieve what ever your goals are. The kicker is, its also a 24 hour Gym. The only problem with this gym is that there ARE NO PROBLEMS. You'd be kicking ya self NOT to sign up at this gym. Go and get your self signed up now and you will see why.

Fantastic experience: I joined because my daughter and son inlaw love this gym. It was the best thing I ever did. The staff are absolutely fantastic! You are greeted by all staff during staff hours. They make you feel special. It has a beautiful vibe and a happy, welcoming family atmosphere. It is a very clean and relaxed gym. You go and do your own thing anytime of the day that suits you. The guys are very helpful and friendly. My son has joined us and just loves it. Thank you to Nathan, Aaron and Josh for their excellent service.

Fantastic experience: I dropped by yesterday to check out Gains Gym. Nathan and Aaron where fantastic very welcoming and happy to show me around ! The vibe in the gym was electric, plenty of equipment and everything was kept in a really clean manner. Added bonus was the cold water in the fridge at the front desk ! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to find a local gym.

Fantastic experience: A new, very well thought out, clean gym with everything you need to get an awesome workout. The equipment is in great condition and looked after. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and are more than happy to give some pointers or suggestions to use the equipment properly. I love Gains!!
