Fantastic experience: My first time trying pole & arial hoop, I was so nervous going into the class having no idea what to do. The instructors were very knowledgeable, clear and super friendly. Such a great physical exercise and something to really get me out of my comfort zone. Very friendly community I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: I love being a part of this studio. As soon as I walked in for a trial class, it felt like home. I don't feel judged for being in my mid 30s and not having a petite body type. It is SO incredibly inclusive, everyone is friendly and welcoming and I'm so glad I was encouraged to join. (I also love the "you are beautiful" sign in the bathroom, with the everyday amenities. ❤️

Fantastic experience: My favourite aerial studio in Adelaide. Awesome location (So close to the city and can go straight to the beach after training). All the staff there are so lovely and the studio brings a very welcoming and encouraging vibe. Its so great to be part of a very motivating community

For a feel good studio with a wide range of classes I highly recommend physipole to anybody thinking about starting pole or aerials!

Fantastic experience: I had a private 50yr birthday party with a group of 6, Ash ran the party and was absolutely wonderful to this old 50yr women swinging in a hoop. My daughter attends this studio too and 110% recommend them to any male or female that wants to give this sport a go. They are a very supportive and welcoming group of students and teachers. Thanks again Ash for giving me a fun day

Fantastic experience: PhysiPole Somerton Park is amazing. I was looking for fitness ideas besides the regular gym because I find it hard to find motivation. Dragging a friend along for a spin pole trial was the best decision I have made in years! It’s so much fun, and way more social than the gym. I’ve made an entire group of friends, that I never expected. The instructors are amaze, every single person there is so supportive! I love my physifam ❤️

Fantastic experience: I joined Physipole in May of this year. Originally I joined because I was going through a rough time and wanted to do something for me to distract from what was going on. I was only intending on staying 1 term but after getting to know Jem (owner) and Mel (my instructor) they have made me feel so at home and apart of their PhysiFam I don't want to leave. All the staff and Students are so friendly and welcoming it really is a family! the classes are amazing and loads of fun! I never thought I would be able to do what I can now. i have gotten more skilled in tricks and have gotten physically stronger over time (great workout without even knowing your working out). I feel more self-confident about myself and am looking forward to compeating in house for them. Great studio! great classes! great staff! great family

Fantastic experience: Awesome people and great range of classes love it! They offer pole dance, arial (silks & Lyra), Pilates and more. Great atmosphere with friendly and safe vibe. Jem who runs it is amazing and the studio is immaculate with super high ceilings. If you haven't tried any thing like this before I would highly recommend you give it a shot.
