Fantastic experience: I saw Jon for a remedial massage - one of the best I have had in years. Very well versed in anatomy and getting to the root cause of muscular aches and pains. The massage space was clean, cozy and private. Jon is a personable, respectful and caring therapist. I’m looking forward to returning!

Fantastic experience: Started close to 6-months ago doing semi-private PT sessions. Love my two sessions a week! Timetable is perfect and John and his team are fantastic instructors. They really know their stuff and understand the body. Am so much stronger and feel great.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Epic Win PT for a few years now and can't recommend them more! Jon and the rest of the team are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, tailoring all of your training to your fitness needs. The training is varied and challenging, and I have learnt so much during my time there. It's also been the first time in my life I have stuck to any kind of regular exercise for more than a few months, which is a testament to the quality training and positive environment the team have created.

I've been to many gyms in the past but none come close to this place. Jon and his team are super easy to approach and will tailor make a workout just for you.

Fantastic experience: I had a massage from Jon and it was excellent! The hot hands were really comfortable and warmed up and relaxed the tight muscles right away. Had a couple of areas I needed more work on and Jon got into those areas and released all the tensions. Excellent massage ! Thanks Jon !

Fantastic experience: I Started attending Epic Win PT at the beginning of this year after a long hiatus from all forms of exercise. This was taken into account and an excellent introductory program was written for me and I was coached through it to ensure proper form and technique. The small gym environment is something that I find helps with motivation and it's the only time in my life I have stuck to any kind of regular exercise for more than 3 or 4 months and I have actually seen definite positive results!! I work a busy job that is shift work with ever changing shift patterns and there has been an incredible amount of flexibility in being able to arrange session times around my schedule. Everybody is incredibly friendly and personable and it's a wholesome environment. 5 stars, would recommend! :D

Fantastic experience: Epic Win is such a fantastic gym and community. I have been coming to this gym for around 3 years and I love it. Not just physically but mentally I have gained so much and learnt so much. I feel so much more confident. I love exercising, getting healthy/fit and strong but also nourishing my body with healthy food and advice. It's also such a great affordable price for PT and group fitness.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Jon’s massage – his skills are incredible. He worked with my husband who’s had many sporting injuries over the years. As well as a skilled massage, he gave him exercises and stretches to support his ongoing fitness. Working with me, Jon located (and swiftly addressed) some areas of tension I never knew I had! My personal experience was a highly effective remedial massage that left me feeling as fluid and relaxed as if I’d just spent a full day at a spa :) 2 days on and still feeling fantastic. Cannot thank you enough Jon :)

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Epic Win PT for the past 7ish years (along with the rest of my family!) and can't recommend Jon and team enough. The sessions are challenging, but somehow enjoyable at the same time. They cater to a range of ages and abilities and they have built an extremely welcoming fitness community.

Jon and Liam know their clients inside and out and are excellent at tailoring sessions to their needs. Best of all, sessions are fun, entertaining and I'm always motivated to get out of bed to get there! Love the community they have built =)
