Fantastic experience: I had my first PT session with Craig today. After having a terrible car accident in March and being cleared to go back to gym, I had been putting it off due to the anxiety. Craig listened to my concerns about my injuries, spoke to me about my goals and instantly made me feel like I had the support I needed to get my mental and physical health back on track. He made sure I was coping, keeping my injuries in mind while still pushing me to get through sets with guidance and encouragement. The positive attitude, genuine concern and passion absolutely show and I am so grateful I decided to take the first step! Highly recommend CHF.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I started going to the boot camps around five months ago and don't regret it one bit. Both Craig and Nicole are friendly and welcoming with a great energetic vibe that motivates you through the session. They both do an amazing job helping you through the sessions, making sure you are pushing yourself whilst also making sure you are doing exercises right and having a good time. The atmosphere when you go is really encouraging no matter what fitness level you are. Everyone lifts each other up when you feel like giving up. And encouraging you every step. Both my partner and i have improved our fitness quite a lot since starting and don't plan on stopping. Highly recommend no matter what your goals.
Fantastic experience: CHF is not your average outdoor bootcamp, Craig & Nicole make it such a great experience for everyone & any fitness type. They offer multiple different work out types keeping it interesting & always fun. Definitely recommend 10/10

Fantastic experience: I do a pt with Craig once a week & 2 boot camps a week I’ve lost 6.5kg since starting with Craig at the start of the year I’m a big girl & I find a lot of things hard but if there’s things I can’t do they have opinions I suffer from anxiety so don’t trying new things out of my comfort zone but they are the most friendly bunch of people if your thinking about trying something new I highly recommended C.H.F

Fantastic experience: I joined Craig Hamilton Fittness Bootcamp, 3 months ago and still going. I was so welcomed, felt comfortable and a very friendly atmosphere. The trainer's Craig and Nicole are extremely motivating trainers, knowledgeable and they are always there supporting , encouraging you and push you that extra effort the whole time in training. This bootcamp has different equipment and different sessions on different days which keeps the workouts very interesting and exciting. You work hard in this bootcamp and you do see the results. Fantastic experience: I have been going to CHF boot camp since November 2020. I went because I was looking for something outside, fun, motivating and rewarding. I am still building up.my fitness after surgery last year, and decided that once I recovered I was going to be kind and look after my body better. Craig and Nicole cater for all different levels of fitness, while the whole team encourages everyone on their journey. Each session is different. Craig and Nicole are encouraging and lovely people who are there to support you on your journey. I am grateful I found this vibrant group.

Instant vibe when I met him was positive and didn’t take long for me to see that this guy is super passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals. He keeps you moving continuously, pushes you to be your best, at bootcamp everyone is positive, non judgmental and supportive of eachother, with each session being different to the last, you get encouraged to bring your best efforts, its really challenging but extremely rewarding. Training with CHF once a week or 5 times a week, either way is life changing.

Fantastic experience: Really great bootcamps, he keeps it fun and gathers a great group of people who are all positive and with different fitness levels. Great encouragement from both Craig and the other participants and gets us working hard! You manage to push through workouts that you never thought you could and build fitness and strength in a fun social way. Craig is a great personal trainer that takes all of your capabilities and injuries into account while giving recommendations on how to keep building those trouble areas on your own. Highly recommended!
