Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at axis for around 10 weeks now since tearing my ACL. I have so much trust in all the coaches - particularly physio Michael who has been awesome helping me get my leg strong before surgery! Its great training with people in similar situations and where you’re constantly getting feedback on your workouts. Thanks so much to the Axis team!

Fantastic experience: Starting my adp program last year I have noticed a huge difference in strength in game and general, since starting the program compared to going to a regular gym before I started I wouldn’t have got the strength and conditioning I needed with wanting to excel in my footy being stronger faster and more explosive it has helped alot, then after doing a hamstring earlier in the year I had this program to strengthen it even more on my return to play reducing the risk of reinjuring it again. Overall it’s not just a regular gym it’s a place I go to want to get better to train harder doing exercises I never thought you needed, which has helped heaps.
