Fantastic experience: It's great to see physiotherapists that really listen. My experience has always been fantastic using the physio and physiologist services. Also I love using the gym as you do not have to wait to use the machines. I am also truly appreciative that the physiology team keep an eye on me while I am doing my exercise routine and give me advice if I am not doing it correctly or being lazy even though they are watching other patients. I really like that they are attentive to the environment around them. Would highly recommend toal physiocare!

Positive experience: I had a round of treatments after an injury and have always had great experiences with my physiotherapist, Karaitana. My last appointment with Hamish was also great, and I really appreciate their professionalism and care. However, I was disappointed with how the clinic handled a recent issue. Since my usual physiotherapist was unavailable, I was seen by someone else, but I later realised that due to incorrect system settings, Bupa didn’t recognise him as a members first partner, meaning I was covered minimum. I raised this at reception and was told I would receive an update, but I never heard back. I also followed up with a polite, well-explained feedback email, but after a whole week, I did not received any acknowledgment or explanation, making me feel like emails are not even read. What’s most disappointing isn’t just the billing issue or the extra cost, but more than that the complete lack of response. A simple acknowledgment (anything) would have gone a long way. I expected better communication and accountability from a clinic that otherwise provides good care. I hope they improve in this area.

Fantastic experience: I Just wanted to share how grateful I am to find my new physio Bella.I have a very bad back and knees and have been unable to walk without a mobility walker and a crutch.I was in extreme pain when I started here but my pain is decreasing with the program Bella takes me through twice a week.My confidence is much better.Bella explains everything which I appreciate.Bella is a true professional in all areas.Also Fran and Gabbi on the front desk are delightful.Thanku so much for all your support.So appreciated Cherie Roe

Fantastic experience: I find all the staff at Physiocare really friendly. My physiotherapist is friendly, caring, knowledgeable and good at teaching me. Occasionally one expert physio with soft white hair drops in. He, Bill, will sometimes lie beside me and we do the excercises together. How’s that! All is therapeutic and good fun

Fantastic experience: Such a warm and friendly team from reception through to the physio team. I've been going here for many years with different ailments, and seen four or five of the different physiotherapists there - all of them fantastic. I've seen great results each time and even manage to have a bit of fun with the friendly team - a great atmosphere. Their newer entrance from Yarra St, and the updated consulting rooms and layout works better than their old entrance downstairs from the car park and cramped space. Easy parking and great access across the road from Heidelberg station.

Fantastic experience: I attended for the GLA:D program and it really helped me get out of the chair without pain. The team were amazing and I really enjoyed my sessions as everyone was so supportive and lovely. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Maighan Corps is amazing !! She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what she does . I had 3 private sessions with her . Today I went for a group class with her , and told her I stained my lower back last week . Maighan has helped me to work on my back muscle stretching , after this session, my lower back pain went away . Thank you total physiocare !!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve now seen Alice from their Heidelberg branch for my lower back problem. After 2 sessions with her my back is already feeling a lot better. Very professional with her work and super friendly person. Very easy to work with. Don’t worry about seeing a chiropractor with you sore back as I find they can never fix it. Fantastic experience: Great reception from front desk on entry- felt welcomed and then I met my physio Guru Tessa who has managed to work on my neck and back and after 5 visits I am feeling great relief and I am convinced that I am on my way to a full recovery. No pain no gain thank you
