Fantastic experience: Really great place. Staff are friendly, helpful, attentive, and, importantly, well trained and resourced. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the systems all seem to work as designed. We moved our kids from swimming lessons at Northcote YMCA, where none of the above was true. The kids floundered in lessons there, with little to no actual ‘teaching’ occurring. Complaints there fell on deaf ears, complaints at Ivanhoe are not required. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: It was beautiful. The pool water was just the right temperature, and so was the spa. The sauna was the tops too, and it wasn't crowded. Beautiful place.

Fantastic experience: Using the pool, spa and sauna facilities was a good experience. Staff were friendly and professional. Changing rooms were clean and tidy. The pool is an indoor heated, 25 meters in length. A smaller second pool for kids and parents. Lockers were available on request. Rates are reasonable. Car park is ample.

Fantastic experience: Such nice staff and everyone is willing to help. David is absolutely wonderful! The equipment is so well-maintained and any changes to classes or equipment is very well explained to make sure people are aware of changes. They’re more than happy to receive feedback and in honesty I think the joining fee is fair as it is well-priced and comes with very reasonable terms and conditions that make any alterations easy!

Fantastic experience: I don't normally go to gyms or pools but this place was pretty great. I just wanted to do a little treadmill running but the staff set me up with a personalised program and were kind enough to guide me through it. I really appreciated that, and the time they took to help me feel a little less disoriented. Top shelf job here mates.

Fantastic experience: Great place to take the kids on school holiday. They had a great day. There is also a basketball ring above the pool, great staff and a clean facility. Kids want to go back.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially a lady named Meryn, she is super super friendly, thanks Ivanhoe aquatic for having such a person like her. Now I completed one year already and will still be a member due to the great facilities and staff!

Fantastic experience: This has to be the best gym and aquatic centre I have ever been too. The reception staff are always friendly and hospitable. The trainers are most professional and enthusiastic esp. in classes, always convincing you to push yourself that little bit further. The gym has a good selection of equipment and the pool, spa and sauna is well kept. This is an amazing establishment.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym with classes included which makes a huge difference for those of us looking to push ourselves without spending a fortune on personal training. Class trainers are always passionate but happy to give alternatives if you have an injury etc. Been coming here for years, and will continue to do so!

Fantastic experience: Ben going here since 2012, I've enrolled my 2 kids here for swimming lessons and over the time they have had a renovation and upgrade, great for all ages as the have a baby pool, toddler and lanes avaliable too. The swim instructors are great too.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic health and fitness facility. Courteous, engaging staff and quietly tucked away within the leafy suburb of Ivanhoe. Bus stop close by and not too far from Ivanhoe train station. Car parking at the centre too. Oh well, back to swimming my laps!!

Fantastic experience: Helpful friendly staff. Saw I needed help with fitting goggles and helped me get the right fit. Pool is not too strongly chlorinated and good temperature. It's indoors so no concerns about getting burned. Change rooms are good too with good showers. No together dryer though. They have a sauna, spa, lap pool and kids swimming pool here.
