Fantastic experience: Been a member since 2015. Now it's 2024. Owner is the most genuine, helpful person you'll ever meet and the gym is inexpensive, 24x7 access and suits those that like to train. Clean, no fuss and everything you need from cardio, weight machines and free weights. Genuine and friendly members. Everyone in my house has a membership now and I can't recall a price rise in 9 years. Best club I've ever joined.

Fantastic experience: I am not a gym person but have been going there on the recommendation of my son.It is an excellent run gym and Lee is a great trainer especially for us older ladies. He is very caring and honest. Great machines and great support at all times. Thank you Lee.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, wide variety of equipment for both compound heavy and isolation. Plenty of space for individual work whilst also great classes and a community spirit that's encouraging for members to take part in challenge events as a team. Lee runs the gym with great care and does his best for each member.
