F45 Training Edensor Park

Fantastic experience: When my daughter and son in law told me about the gym F45, and they said you have one at two minutes from home, I coming check and start I’m soo happy with the team they help you all the way, for me is the best gym, because make change your mind filing stronger, confident. I’m 68 years old, I filing 45.year old!!!

Not only is it one of the most welcoming environments, each and every trainer goes above and beyond to encourage you and assist you during the workout. Fantastic experience: I really look forward to training at Edensor Park All of the trainers are lovely and very suppprtive. They have helped me improve my technique and build my confidence. I def recommend for people who don't like going to the gym. I never thought I would enjoy it as mush as I do. Im currently attending 5 classes per week which I never thought I would do in a million yrs.

Fantastic experience: Great team...

Positive experience: Was there during a promo giving 2 weeks free and I was very surprised. The trainers are amazing and very helpful before, during and after the session. It's a great concept and the 3 classes I did I really enjoyed and actually felt better and happier. The only downer is the price, it's very expensive and unfortunately for me I can't keep going. If you can afford it go it's really fun.

Fantastic experience: This is a great fitness place. Group classes, where you train at your own pace, surrounded by friendly and knowledgeable trainers. There's an impressive atmosphere here where it's not just a place where you train, but a place that makes you feel as part of a team.
