Fantastic experience: If I could live here I probably would, nothing like coming into a facility that feels like home! Joined in 2015 and have not ever wanted to leave. The owners have become good friends, mentors and helped me be the best version of me. They go above and beyond to help us achieve what we want whether it is gymnastics, weightlifting or metabolic conditioning. Everyone that enters this facility is welcomed into a family-feel community. If you heard about the craze of acai bowls, this place packs in flavour and the people that make it put so much love into this antioxidant filled bowl!!!! WPCF is a place where you can reach your fitness goals comfortably as you are surrounded by not only the best staff but by the best members! I believe that feeling comfortable in a training environment is vital when reaching your goals and that is most definitely presented within this box. Everyone is there to support you 110% along your journey!! P.S. Not only is the facility beyond amazing BUT the cafe is also there at your convenience with the most delicious shakes, coffee and FOOD!! I shall say no more and make your way there when you get a chance!

Fantastic experience: WPCF is really an amazing Crossfit box from the welcoming staff, coaching staff, equipment and programming - this place is top notch. My wife and I train here daily and get kickass workouts every day and unbelievable hands on support from the coaching staff. We were beginners at Crossfit when we first started and have since come a long way thanks to our amazing coach and friendly encouragement from our fellow class members.

Fantastic experience: Most easy-going, friendly people and staff you will ever meet! This is the truly the best CrossFit affiliated facility around right now - from the equipment to the cleanliness and they even have a Cafe with the best coffee! Must visit for anyone and everyone that is in or around the area.
