Fantastic experience: Me and my partner did a drop in session at coastal while on holiday at Port Stephens. Great session and amazing coaching on form and technique for 2 people who hadn’t Olympic lifted for a little while. Friendly and welcoming energy - thanks team!!

Fantastic experience: The most laid back Crossfit gym I've been to with the most down to earth members, no egos everyone just gets along and the coaches are so friendly and helpful. A really big kids play area on the mezzanine level so you can bring them with you to get a work out in.
