Fantastic experience: I walked in as a beginner after watching my children (9-4y.o) train. They taught me absolutely everything and the coaches are extremely patient with me, plus the environment is friendly and comfortable. I thank the gym for my mental and physical health becoming far stronger and for my children's confidence in themselves exceeding what I could have ever imagined. They have the utmost respect and trust in their coaches, as do I.

Fantastic experience: Infinite MMA by far the best martial arts gym in Ballarat. With all you need from BJJ, Wrestling, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing, Strength & Conditioning ect. all under the same roof. World class coaching staff with a wealth of knowledge, a very professional environment and great facilities. Fantastic experience: My 10 year old daughter and myself, have been training at infinite for a over a year now. It changed my daughter in so many ways. She is now more confident, brighter and wanting to kick more goals. She loves fighting. Mostly everyone is so welcoming and easy to talk too and supportive.

Fantastic experience: I've been training at Infinite MMA for almost 2 years and it is without a doubt the best martial arts training centre in Victoria and beyond. It boasts incredible coaches who practice what they preach, awesome supporting staff and a great atmosphere. Fantastic experience: My Husband has been training with Infinite MMA for over 10 years. Our son has just had his first class (young Jedis 3y.o) and can not stop talking about how much fun he had and how he wants to see his teacher. The team are Incredibly professional and supportive, encouraging, accepting and Inspiring. There are so many experienced athletes under this roof who strive to help each other excel and my husband has loved being part of the infinite family which our son has now stepped into.. Negative experience: DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND at all! My son joined up and all this club does is overcharge and have a lot of hidden fees if you decide to leave. They don't answer their phone and/or return messages. My son got sick and needed to suspend his direct debits however the receptionist there would ignore messages to suspend direct debits until he was well enough and just keep taking money even though he had a drs. certificate and he would let them know. We were told when he joined that he could suspend payments if needed but this was not always the case. Finally he had to leave and they made him pay IN CASH an exit fee over $200. He was quite ill at the time and we asked could they just deduct it from his account as they had all of the details but they made him go in ill to pay the amount in cash and would not allow me to do it for him because he was over 18. My son paid out hundreds of dollars to this club without even being in there. We asked about getting a copy of the contract as no early exit fee was even explained to us when he joined and the receptionist would make up excuses that she couldn't print it out but said she would email it. We never received anything from them and still to this day do not have a copy. Be very aware of the hidden costs with this Club and don't trust what you are told face to face by the person on the desk.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but positive things to say about Infinite MMA! Coach John Campbell leads by example and teaches the highest level of fighting weather it be jiu jitsu, kickboxing, wrestling, self defence or MMA. The facilities are absolutely fantastic, and on top of that the warm welcoming energy in the gym and from the team there is like no other! I wouldn't rather train anywhere else in the world.

Fantastic experience: I have been at infinite for around 5 years and feel a strong sense of family and belonging within the club. I have trained at allot of gyms and this is by far the best. The trainers are all world class (and have the results for themselves as proof) and the culture within the club is fantastic. Recommended this to anyone who wants to excell in martial arts.

Positive experience: I am really mixed on this. My daughter had been training there for a year or two and we have had to leave recently. The facilities and trainers are first rate with a great atmosphere. My daughter really enjoyed her classes and the technique is possibly the best in the region, in my view as someone from a martial arts background myself. The staff engaged well and paid close attention to the students well being and skills development. the place is also very well equipped and practice a high standard of safety. I was contemplating training there as well as my daughter. At the same time we had verbal assurances on the phone when my daughter was taking a break for a term that all would be fine, as they had been when we were overseas for 2 months on a previous holiday, but were charged anyway on the card with no chance of it crediting future classes or a refund. So I guess enjoy the training and facilities but be very careful when taking breaks you get it in writing as they were quite unhelpful when we raised the issue and complained. Simply said nothing they could do and to just deal with them having taken approx $400 over 3 months with no services actually rendered. I guess the business side has quite a different face to the training staff. After we complained to consumer affairs we were told the charges were run by a 3rd party to the academy which may be the source of the issue there. In any case after that we had no choice really but to leave permanently.
