Negative experience: Quite disappointing to find out via google that the gym will be closing. No mention of it via email or inside the gym. The place has gone down hill in the last month. Many of the electronic equipment needs a update.

Negative experience: Absolutely awful gym overcharging loyal members who had been there for years. Phone staff are rude and sexist. Would not recommend anyone signing up with them ever again. Never received a phone call to discuss the review/issues I had with them charging me higher fees than other people or being rude to me because I refuse to remain on with them after they shut down the gym I'd been a member of for years.

Negative experience: Not telling someone you're closing down in 6 weeks when signing them up for a year membership is pretty poor form. I requested to cancel, no response, but still happy to take my money. No answer on the phone that's a central calling system, not club specific to call during staffed hours. Update: they agreed to cancel my membership but still took payment for a week that I cannot use.

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout and zap in kelmscott aswell - great to grab a coffee once I’ve finished my workout and equipment is good in both clubs

Negative experience: if your office hours are 8am to 4:30pm then why does the phone never get answered? have tried calling in the morning, during the day and in the afternoon but no answer.

Negative experience: I need to cancel my membership and can’t get in touch with anyone. Membership fee went up without any notice. So you guys were not able to direct debit from my account and now sending me emails telling me that you guys will charge default fee and other charges? I haven’t signed any contract with Zap .I pay my membership in advance and if it isn’t paid just cancel my membership. Never had problem with Jetts but you guys are just about money and that’s it. Will give 0 stars if I could. Reply - Thank you for calling me a liar. Also you guys have deducted money again today and also nobody have contacted me.

Negative experience: Use to be a good gym now zap has taken over fob doesn't work tried calling them keeps taking me to an automatic answering service saying leave a message left a message no reply paying for a gym membership that I can't access pretty disgusting

Fantastic experience: Haven’t been to a gym in a long time, new club manager Grace set me up and now I’m motivated to get back into some healthy patterns to boost my day to day energy levels and feel 100% to move my body and achieve my goals. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Jetts Armadale is amazing, the new manager has really brought life to the gym and has such a welcoming presence. Been coming here since 2019 and I still love it

Positive experience: Love Jetts but Armadale is in desperate need of some upgraded equipment. Especially the treadmills.

Positive experience: Smaller than the average Jetts which limits the amount of equipment it has but still has an adequate selection in a properly maintained environment with friendly staff

Negative experience: Run down and damaged equipment and only one squat rack??? Pretty poor compared to many other jetts
