CATFIT - Complete and Total Fitness

Fantastic experience: 5 years ago I joined CATFIT and it was the best decision I ever made. With a variety of classes and times available there is always something for everyone. The people who attend are like a massive family and are so welcoming. This year I completely my first ever body edit challenge and the support I received from 2 coaches Cat and Stacey was incredible. From the 1 on 1 personal training sessions to the weekly nutrition check ins. I am so thankful to have found a gym like CATFIT!

Fantastic experience: 4 years ago I did an 8 week challenge at Catfit, by the end of that 8 weeks I was a member. Since joining I have done countless challenges, participated in events such as True Grit and Up All Night walk, learnt heaps about fitness and nutrition and met so many amazing people I now call my friends. There are plenty of classes to suit everyone with the timetable changing up every few months. I have since had a baby and had to modify my workouts but I am still getting my excercise in with support from the trainers. 100% recommend giving them a try!

Fantastic experience: After finally deciding to do something about my health and fitness, I found a local gym to try. I started a short food/fitness challenge with Catfit just after my birthday, and hands down the best decision I have ever made. Supportive, knowledgeable trainers who help you every step of the way. Almost 4yrs later, I am the fittest and healthiest I have ever been, all thanks to the Catfit Team. Added bonus, I've gained some amazing friendships along the way!! Thank you Catfit!!

Fantastic experience: CatFit offers a range of different classes for all fitness levels and ability. With classes running early-early morning for the keen, mornings for the post school drop-off peeps and late arvo/evenings - there literally is something for everyone…and no excuses. Nearly 12 months on from joining and thanks to the support of coaches and members - I am fitter and stronger in (mind) and body. Thanks CatFit Crew.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have ever been too. Lots of variety of classes to choose from. Love that I can do a good sweaty workout either cardio or weights in 30/45 mins. Family friendly. The instructions are very knowledgeable and inspirational. Come and try. Best decision I made 5 years ago.

Fantastic experience: Catfit is a family owned gym like no other. Their group fitness classes are aimed at all levels of fitness and confidence. These classes include; strength, HIIT, cardio, punchfit, bootcamp and open "free range" sessions. With early morning, mid morning and evening classes theres a time slot for every one. Catfit is family friendly, inviting parents bring their children along to play with others in the play area whilst Mum, Dad, Nan, Aunty, cousin, siblings train. The coaches / trainers are very knowledgeable and love doing what they do. Catfit as a whole is very welcoming, family and community orientated. So come on down and give it a go. Offering trial classes (10 day passes) and even enjoy a coffee, smoothie or protein shake in the on-site cafe (weekday and Saturday mornings only)

Fantastic experience: It's nearly been three years since I joined this awesome gym and I couldn't imagine going to any other. I enjoy working out and have made some great friends. Catherine and her team go above and beyond to meet all clients needs and wants. Changing up classes and offering virtual classes just to name a few. There are fun challenges, like Bingo and Pacman, sometimes taking us out of our comfort zones and/or interacting with other gym members more than we normally would. They also have weight loss challenges and body edits during the year to keep pushing ourselves. This month there is a new challenge starting, 60 days to beat your best - a cardio or a strength option. They are always thinking of new ways to help their client's in anyway. This gym is well priced, well run, family/kid friendly and has a in house coffee cafe!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at CATFIT for nearly 5 years, it is literally my second home. I have Cat and her dedicated team to thank for my complete lifestyle change, it was honestly the best decision I have ever made for myself becoming a member. I'm happier, healthier & fitter than I thought could be possible, no it's not easy but we make it fun with no judgement , expectations or competition. Fantastic experience: CatFit is like no other gym it's a Community with a variety of classes from Cardio, HIIT to Strength Classes. Awesome and knowledgeable trainers who go above and beyond and a family orientated business catering for the whole family. Also has a Cafe on site to enjoy a coffee or smoothie while catching up with friends after class.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Catfit Gym for 3 years now, 6 days a week. I never thought I would be able to say that after previous attempts at joining a generic gym only saw me lasting a month. Yet here I am, going daily to gym, each class is different you never know what to expect, for HIIT to Strength, Punchfit, Jungle Body, low impact, high impact classes. Morning and evening classes to fit most busy people. Suited to parents, kids of all ages are welcome, play area set aside or sometimes can join the class. Catfit also provide Nutrition Plans and Fitness Challenges throughout the year so you can set goals and receive guidance. The people who go to the gym are friendly and welcoming and I have made many friends while attending. I highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: If you would like to go to a no judgement gym then Catfit is for you. I love that fact that it is a family friendly gym with multiple sessions and a variety of classes. It doesn’t matter your fitness level as you work to your ability with great guidance from the coaches. The coaches are amazing and will help you reach your goal and push you to your maximum. Fantastic experience: This gym has provided me with so much over the last 4 years. After having my 3 kids getting back to my fitness was very important. I needed something where I worked hard and got all the benefits out of it and CATFIT provides this. With a selection of weights and cardio I am feeling fitter and stronger everyday. The staff are so friendly and inspirational and always there to help. It is a community and feels like family.

Fantastic experience: Catfit has been my life for over 3 years now. Through this journey and the hurdles life has thrown at us ,catfit has supported us. In lock downs they provide us online classes, on public holidays they provide us fun outdoor activities and in every situation there is a solution to continue our fitness routine. I have done classes , 24 hour challenges , star challenges , fundraising walks and many many more activities with catfit. This is family now.

Fantastic experience: Best gym ive ever been too. Super friendly instructors and best people to work out with. Ive been going to catfit a few years now and love it as much as I ever did. Fantastic experience: I love CATFIT! I have been beast member for year and half. This gym caters for any fitness level and can make modifications to your work out. They have challenges that keep you motivated on your fitness and weight loss goals. I have personally loss 20 kg buy doing 3 challenges last year. The Trainers and the other gym members are so friendly and supportive. Variety of classes on offer so you don’t get bored. They have play pen area for the kids so you can workout watching them.Also you can buy coffee at the 3C cafe after your work out. Great coffee too! This is the best gym I have ever been to! I Highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: CATFIT is one of those awesome gyms that really do have something for everyone. I have a FIFO friendly membership that allows me to workout as much as I want/need to when I'm home! Keep up the good work team!

Fantastic experience: Catfit is awesome! It’s a gym that I’ve never experienced before.. the quality and variety of classes that are offered everyday with the professional Coaches are terrific. You never know what to expect..The coaches keep you motivated by offering also a variety of challenges throughout the year. They also would you believe do social gatherings with members and their families this is way beyond another gym in my books… The list is endless come down try this gym you definitely won’t be disappointed I wasn’t that’s why I continue to go and love the place… and to top it they have a little cafe with an amazing coffee lady… so get your sneakers on and race down and see for yourself go on do it… come join the Catfit Family!

Fantastic experience: I love catfit. Classes are accommodating depending on your fitness level but the coaches aren't afraid to encourage and push you! Perfect balance. Also my young girls don't do well in creche so catfit is perfect for me that i can take them and they can safely watch me from a short distance.

Fantastic experience: Catfit is my place to be. As a SAHM, finding time to excersise can be a challenge. Catfit allows me to book a class in at a time that suits me best, take my kids along and know that they are happy and safe while i spend 30 to 45 mins on bettering my health and wellbeing. I love the classes on offer and look forward to going to the gym everyday! Who can say that?

Fantastic experience: I have always been a "gym" person, when I moved to Byford I tried a few out until I found this place. I have been with CATFIT for over 2 years, this place is like no other. I've met so many wonderful people that I can call my friends since coming here, the classes are varied and the timetable packed. The instructors are amazing, everyone is friendly and if you're after results and support then this is the place, plus it has it's very own cafe with amazing 3C's coffee. Love my gym :)
