Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms we have used in Australia. So sad we are only in town for a few days. It was so easy to purchase the one week pass. Gym is clean and well laid out, we trained both later morning and afternoon so far and been fairly quiet. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I found it very difficult to cancel my membership and people should be aware of unnecessary costs when trying to cancel. Even after pausing for 3 months due to an injury meaning I couldn’t attend the gym, I had to pay a cancellation fee of $70.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym, has full facility of multiple machines and exercise stations. Staff are friendly, welcoming and Polite. Their Group Fitness is included in your membership, no additional fees for Classes unlike other gym in area!! Igym is Best facility in Salamander Bay and bang for your buck.

Negative experience: Really awful gym. Registered for a trial, drove all the way there and staff refused entry. Suggested that it isn’t permitted over on specific days, yet no mention of this on website or during sign up. Very unfriendly male member of staff. Rude and abrupt.

Fantastic experience: Very accomodating for out of town visitors. They make it very easy to train whilst on holidays.

Negative experience: The worst gym I have ever dealt with hidden charges,cancellation fees, renew memberships without permission and unfriendly staff .Do not join shop around much better gyms out there.

Fantastic experience: Great service, very friendly and professional spoke with Chris at reception who was informative and very professional and service focused. The set up is small but value packed with functional well designed equipment. Had a great workout and only paid less than half price in comparison to some other local gyms. Would give them 10 stars if it was possible. Thanks team.

Fantastic experience: It is the best gym I have been in. I have been going to gyms for 40 years. This gym has everything you can use it is amazing.

Positive experience: Plenty of equipment, generally not too busy, equipment generally in good condition, apart from rowing machines which are not good. Never have to wait for a machine or weights which is a real bonus.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with plenty of equipment. Heaps of squat racks, deadlifting platforms and benches. Even in peak hour I never need to wait for equipment. Staff and other patrons are friendly and keep the place neat and tidy.
