Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. All brand new and very clean. Their equipment is high end. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Best gym I’ve ever been a member of and I’ve been a member of many.

Fantastic experience: This gym is excellent. They have everything you need and the team are always looking out for you. Aaron always says hey and checks how I'm going. It's got everything you need, there's always street parking and they're really good at motivating you. I recently had to quit and they made it a very simple painless process. Can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I have known the family owners for over 10 year and I would say the philosophy has always been the same; every one can find their place and space at 4053. It does not matter you shape or size, age, level of motivation, time available, fitness goal; there is a program or PT for you. I see 10 yr olds find the right trainer, pregnant women up to week 38, and 67 yr old Rob smashes things every week. Plus they find my ‘Dad jokes’ funny and my wife and 20-something yr old son are more regular than me . . . regular at 4053 that is !

Fantastic experience: After moving to Brisbane a few years ago, its great to finally find a gym where everyone is welcome whatever stage of fitness they are at. In recent years I’ve fallen off the wagon so the best part is not only the owners and trainers who are genuinely interested in my journey but also the other members who are welcoming, supportive and encouraging. What a great community to be part of, smart trainers who give great programs and advice, loads of the latest equipment, well timed classes, a clean space with heaps of room, and people to cheer me on when I’m there and check in on me when I’m not! Take a look, you won’t regret it

Fantastic experience: Sick of the soulless franchise, the plastic PT, the hairy beefcake starring you down, Ms perfect judging you or hard upselling by Gym managers?After trying many different gyms I finally found a place that genuinely takes an interest in your lifestyle and goals. Aaron and his team provide professional advice, classes and motivation in a non threatening, fun environment. Good mixture of people of all fitness levels and ages plus a great community. Whether you are training for an event of simply want to improve your lifestyle this gym is great valve for money and will get you over the line.

Fantastic experience: Does this place have everything you want in a gym? I don't know... probably - I don't know you and what you want; people are complex and want many different things. Maybe you want a shark tank behind the rowers for extra motivation; maybe you want a water fountain that shoots a protein shake right down yo' throat; maybe you just really want the gym to a taqueria with fresh salsa and high fives at 1 AM in the morning. It does not have a shark tank, protein shake fountain nor tacos, if that is what you want. If you want friendly dedicated trainers, a great variety of modern well-maintained equipment in a fresh and clean environment, they have it. If you want plenty of great affordable classes, at convenient times, with crew who want to see you develop, they have that. They catering for all levels of fitness and are more #Family friendly then all of the Fast and Furious series put together (including Fast5, the most #Family of the bunch). I know I found what I want. So, if you are looking around for a new gym, try this place out and I may just see you there, at 1 AM, with salsa I had to bring from home, ready to defend my position on Fast5 (don't be bringing no weak sauce argument for the tragic send-off in Furious 7) .

Fantastic experience: The crew down at Powerhouse are very welcoming. From my initial conversation, through to me joining was made very easy by the friendly and professional staff. Great facilities, no egos, a great vibe within the gym and community and a price point that nobody else could match. 5 stars!
