F45 Training North Parramatta

Fantastic experience: I tried out a class today and I loved it - I’ve been to other F45’s before but I genuinely felt part of the team and so welcomed by everyone. Celeste and the trainer (I’m so sorry I forget his name) were warm, motivating, and just made me leave feeling great. I’ll be back 100% and encourage anyone seeking a tough but fun experience to come try it out too!

Fantastic experience: What can I say, the world class operators Roy & Edwin are absolute gentlemen. Their passion and attention to detail really highlights throughout their sessions making it an enjoyable experience every time. Equipment is neat and cleaned before each session, the other trainers always provide insights into training methodologies, I haven't gone to one session where I haven't learnt something new. Well done to the team at F45 North Parramatta. If you are on the fence and looking for a new way to improve your health, vitality and fitness goals, reach out to the team I can assure you, you are in great hands.

Fantastic experience: Biggest shout out to Ed, Roy and the team at F45 North Parra who really make training everyday fun and enjoyable - they've built such a great community at this gym that you walk out feeling like family. They're so skilled at what they do and they know how to read each individuals fitness level and give the right amount of target and push. So if you're looking for a new fitness fam and somewhere you want to smash your fitness goals, then I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: It’s very hard to say goodbye to the best training studio. You guys are amazing, very professional, friendly, helpful and always looking after your customers. Fantastic experience: I have never actually wanted to come back to a gym until I met the amazing trainers at F45 North Parramatta. They are without a doubt the most dedicated and welcoming, I feel happy and supported everyday!

Fantastic experience: I had the time of my life training at F45 north Parra. The community was like no other gym I’d ever experienced. I sadly had to move away, but I very much contemplated hiking quite a distance to continue coming here. I just loved the trainers. So fun and yet so professional. So helpful and caring in ways that were above and beyond. The culture amongst members that this created was the same. An absolute joy to come here! I miss it!

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt the best F45 out!! Amazing amazing amazing trainers who get alongside you with support and encouragement. My husband and I started 5 months ago and we can’t get enough of this place (we used to hate exercising so that’s really saying something!) This place doesn’t just build muscles but friendships too. We love our F45 family!

Fantastic experience: Best F45 I've been too, hands down! I've tried several other F45s and whilst most were good, NrthParra is by far in a league of its own. They have great trainers and a great training atmosphere. Everyone is like a family and help each other out with their fitness goals. I've made life long friends from this place. Highly recommend it to anyone whatever fitness level you're at!

Fantastic experience: one of the best decisions i ever made was signing up at f45 north parra! the sense of community is so strong, and that is a testament to the hard work of the owners + trainers who always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and encourage you to be the best version of yourself. 3 years later... my longest membership at any gym! i'd recommend this studio in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: Everyone talks about F45 being a great workout and I couldn’t agree more. But on top of that the energy at F45 North Parra is amazing. They welcome me and everyone else in and treat us like family. It’s made working out so easy because of the positive energy as soon as you walk through the door. Still a long road ahead to look like my best self, but the journey is made so much easier with the help of their amazing trainers. Would strongly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Taking training to a whole new level of INTENSITY since being part of the F45 North Parramatta Family a couple of years ago! Awesome and Challenging sessions to test your mental and physical strength with the help of some Genuine, Amazing, Dedicated and Self Less trainers who not only ensure you give everything you got every time right up to the very last rep but doing so with the correct technique and form! The atmosphere and training environment amongst everyone is not only motivating but inspiring to be a part of. Definitely appreciate and am grateful to be surrounded by an Incredible bunch of humans! Fantastic experience: My husband and I have tried a few F45 and nothing compares to F45 North Parra. It’s addictive the atmosphere, the trainers and your fellow peers that come to work out with you. It’s so family orientated and even when we stopped going due to medical reasons Cee, Roy and Edwin were always keeping in touch to make sure we were ok , and, if their is anything they can do. Very considerate about injuries and tailoring some of the work out to your injuries We do not live close and we don’t mind the travel because there is nowhere you’d rather be..

Fantastic experience: What a team! Absolutely LOVE being a part of the North Parramatta studio. The trainers are encouraging and even though we train in a group environment, they really pay attention to the individual. Every member feels like family. It is always a good time at f45 North Parra! For anyone thinking about joining, do not hesitate!
