Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the customer service experience at Anytime Fitness Warrnambool. Last week I went to Anytime Fitness Warrnambool intending to re-join the gym. Despite having my previous membership fob with me, the employee insisted that she couldn't use it due to my details being linked to another gym, essentially denying me the opportunity to re-join. She suggested I purchase a new fob for $70 or return to my original gym to re-enroll (300 km away). Feeling frustrated by this, I called another Anytime Fitness located in Melbourne a few days later. To my surprise, within 10 minutes, I had my membership reinstated without any additional charges. They even offered the option of using their app instead of a fob. The vast difference in service left me perplexed. I'm unsure whether the employee at Anytime Fitness Warrnambool was simply disinterested in helping or if there were other underlying issues, given my South American background. Regardless, it was a very disappointing experience.

Positive experience: Just another anytime fitness

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym. My wife and I are from Melbourne and we love coming down to the South West. We always look forward to doing some training at this Anytime. What a lovely, extremely well maintained and well fitted out gym, with a really positive vibe! Extremely friendly members and one of the loveliest managers in Jade that you could ever meet!! She is absolutely brilliant and a real gem!!

Fantastic experience: No frills Anytime Fitness gym. Has good modern equipment and stays clean. Doesnt have all the bells and whistles of other gym chains, such as classes etc, but gets the job done if you just need somewhere to exercise.

Negative experience: The Gym is excellent provided the Automatic Door allows you to enter. Please get your door fixed. It’s sheer embarrassing, waste of time…

Positive experience: Lot of non members access, start to question why pay for a membership.

Fantastic experience: Great place to come and hang out while getting a workout done. I attend the morning classes and they're really well run with lots of variety and encouragement by the lovely Nicole. Club manager Jade and her team keep the gym in tip top shape and is always up for a chat. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming. Glad my friend convinced me to join up (even with the burpies I have to do in class!)

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness in Warrnambool has been my go to gym for two years now, in that entire time I’ve never once been disappointed with the presentation or equipment in the gym. Jade the manager does a fantastic job and is super friendly with all members and visitors. I visit Anytime Fitness on the daily and if anyone in Warrnambool is looking to join a gym, this is the best one in Warrnambool hands down.

Fantastic experience: I joined Anytime Fitness Warrnambool over two years ago & have never looked back. Jade & the staff are so helpful & encouraging. The atmosphere is friendly & the gym is well equipped. Fun challenges are put up to participate & classes so ample opportunity to make friends & feel you belong. As a local this is by far the best gym I have been to in Warrnambool no bells & whistles needed the friendly people make it a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Great welcoming gym with a friendly manager (Jade) and staff. Have just started at the beginning of this year and love the variety of equipment, the free group classes and the little extras- basketball competition and toiletries available! Best gym I’ve been to in Warrnambool!

Negative experience: I live in Melbourne but also travel for work. This gym and chain has good equipment that is easy to use. BUT This particular one is not the one to go to if you live locally. The layout of the machines is awful, the yoga mats are grossly old and feel worse then the carpet, there is no dedicated group fitness room (Yes it does have the space if it changes the layout). The worse thing about it is, it has some ridiculous basketball game right in the middle of the weight racks so while you are trying to improve yourself you also have these group of idiots chasing a tiny ball around annoying the occupants The person who runs/owns this needs to seriously think about the decisions they have made because it is the worse gym I have ever been to in 10 years. If you are local choose any other gym but this one.

Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised by this gym. The toiletries for use are definitely a nice touch to make you feel welcome. The squat racks are pretty old, but the rest is good.
