Fantastic experience: I could not recommend F45 Westleigh high enough!! The trainers, culture and community of this gym are so motivating, supportive and friendly. This gym inspired me to love fitness and became the part I looked forward to in each day. Claudine, Tirith, Ray and the other trainers are always so encouraging, full of energy and pushed me to always complete a great workout, which left me always walking out feeling my best. If I could give 100 stars, I would!

Fantastic experience: F45 at Westleigh is an amazing environment to train and reach your fitness goals. The staff are supportive, encouraging and energetic, all happy to show you the ropes (literally) when you need it and give you the extra push as required. Everyone is super friendly and keen to give a fist bump after class.

Fantastic experience: I signed up to F45 as I needed to “up my fitness “ in preparation for a mountainous multi week hike overseas. I had a good level of cardio fitness, but barely any strength as I hate weights/strength training and avoid it! A couple of months in and I am loving the changes! I’m fitter, definitely STRONGER and, most importantly, not bored! I love the variety of exercises. I never feel as though I’m just doing the same thing over and over, and I always feel as though I’m challenging my muscles in new ways. I also love the fun team environment, which makes every class fly by. The coaches are awesome! Definitely worth the money! The results are fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Been to several F45s in Sydney and Westleigh is the best out of them. Trainers are friendly while encouraging you to do better. The studio is spotless and the big open windows make it bright and airy making training a lot better.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing F45 classes at Westleigh for a few years now as the constant change in workouts and great trainers keeps you motivated to exercise. Clean gym/equipment & friendly community atmosphere makes it comfortable to workout often with friends.

Fantastic experience: The team at F45 Westleigh have created an amazing atmosphere that really encapsulates team training. They're professional, welcoming, motivating and I've seen them guide everyone from HIIT veterans to first-timers and they all leave with a smile on their face. I never thought I'd be the person who loved the gym, but I truly enjoy training here, couldn't recommend these guys enough!!

Fantastic experience: One of the best F45s ever. Owner Claudine is amazing. It's a real family atmosphere, so supportive and fun. Always clean, great tunes and if course great workout. High energy trainers. Esp love the 5am crew, it's a lifestyle choice and couldn't do without it for both fitness and mental health. Super friendly, fun and great, can't speak highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love F45 at Westleigh, the incredible team of trainers & sense of community. Despite good nutrition & an active lifestyle, I had reached a point in my life where I was unable to lose any weight, no matter what I tried. As a former weight loss consultant, I knew the only way forward would be through cardio and resistance training. After only 8 short weeks at F45, and 3 years of not being able to lose weight, F45 enabled me to lose 10kg. The trainers are so patient and professional as they deliver circuit training that anyone can achieve, no matter their fitness level. I exercised at my own pace & weight limit, alongside a variety of clientele, and I always felt valued and supported by the staff. The location is optimal with lots of parking & the studio/equipment is always clean & presentable. Not only do I highly recommend F45 as a successful workout model, but specifically the Westleigh franchise itself & the amazing team that work there.

Negative experience: My wife cancelled her membership. The notice period was a month, which was bad enough, but then they kept charging for three weeks even after the month. When contacted about it they said that they wanted a fortnight to make a refund. Pathetic approach to finances. Questionable administrative practices. Query honesty in the circumstances.

Fantastic experience: Fantastically friendly staff and a really great community feel. It is pricier than your average gym (as are all f45’s), But the training, motivation and results it gives is something you can’t argue with. If you’re not sure where to start when going to the gym, or find it hard to keep motivated, this is the place for you! I’ve lost 16KG in the last 6 months since joining - with a combination of healthy diet, F45 and a little bit of PT. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!
