Point Blank Fitness offers 1 on 1 or group Personal Training. We offer Semi Private Sessions with our classes being Boxcersise, Strength, HIIT and Bootcamp. These classes are run daily. We also offer Competitive Boxing.

Fantastic experience: More than just a gym! Jake & Davina have helped me find my confidence again with stepping foot in a gym and joining group classes. They are big supporters in and out of PBF and have created a great family friendly environment. I highly recommend PBF for anyone looking for something more than just a gym.

Fantastic experience: Jake and Davina have built a welcoming Gym for people from all different backgrounds. Their semi-private classes are excellent and well suited to those who want the kind of approach you receive in a PT session, for a much more competitive price, with the option for attending an unlimited amount of sessions. They have helped me set and achieve goals for myself that I never envisioned before. I feel strong and capable and seen at this gym, and not just like a number in previous gyms with group classes. The boxing, strength and boot camp programs are all really well programmed and exciting to participate in. I am so thankful that I have become a part of their supportive and fun Gym community! Fantastic experience: This gym not only focus’ on correct form, they have a thorough understanding of strength and conditioning, injury management/regressions and elite boxing skills. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Point Blank Fitness. I love to work out, but terrible at having to create my own workouts in an open gym, that’s why I absolutely love training in a class at PBF! The trainers are in 100% for personal growth to anyone who walks through the door. Always encouraging, motivating and supporting through every class every day! Fantastic experience: Point Blank is a fabulous gym! It is very welcoming with the same sense of atmosphere. Fantastic experience: I joined Point Blank Fitness with the goal to create a daily exercise habit after years of failed attempts to re-introduced exercise back into my life. I expected to give up after a few weeks like always, because as a mum it is hard to prioritise things for ourselves but I have honestly fallen in love with movement again, I’m showing up for myself and I’m getting stronger every day! Fantastic experience: Point blank is a family orientated gym. Jake is a great friendly coach who welcomes new members as if they are part of his family! He’s very knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of fitness, whether it be weight loss, overall health, boxing or anything else in between jake is the go to man! Fantastic experience: I heard of Point Blank Fitness through a friend and really wanted to get back into a fitness routine. Jake is a true professional and him and his better half Davina are easy-going and always make you feel like part of the family. Sessions are diverse and suited to most. I have trouble with my hamstring and shoulder but Jake always adjusts excercises to my abilities if needed. Groups are small (generally no more than six) and at times you may end up with a one-on-one workout. He is really knowledgable and will explain why and how things work. Sessions can be sweaty or technique-focused. I like the diversity and the option to bring my kids along. I even convinced the hubby to try it and he is also impressed. Can highly recommend Point Blank Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Jake for about a year now and he has to be the best personal trainer around. I’ve had an injury to one of my shoulders that I’ve had for about 3 years now and how he works the program and exercises around that is amazing. I’ve been able to both gain strength back in that shoulder and learn all sorts of new skills in boxing. I’ve done a few other martial arts in the past but have found Jake (through his own experiences in the sport) is the best at teaching and getting you to apply new skills. With the added bonus of just being a great person as well you have to go and see him if your thinking or learning to box or get fit.

Fantastic experience: I have been signed to this wonderful business for a few months and I couldn’t recommend Jake at Point Blank Fitness more! He is beyond professional and is determined for his clients to reach their goals. His encouragement and constant motivation pushed me to heights I never thought possible. I’ve struggled with gaining confidence in past gyms, so I was hesitant to get back out there but with the support of Jakes easy going attitude I have never felt more comfortable. Point Blank’s training facility is clean and spacious with top-notch equipment, along with toys and activities to keep the kids entertained while the parents get to work! Davina, Jakes lovely wife who hides behind the books of the business cannot go without mention! She is so inviting and goes above and beyond for Jakes clients with any assistance they may need. Fantastic experience: If you live in the Geraldton area and you are looking to step up your physical mobility and strength, Jake is the man for the task. He goes above and beyond to make sure that every single person is treated with the upmost of respect and care. Jake has the experience and knowledge to make sure that if you are new to something, he will spend all day/night with you to get every single technique perfect. I wasn’t much of a person who went to the gym very often but loved to active and played sports throughout my life, and I have found myself being able to enjoy training knowing that I have the confidence to complete most of the activities set up by Jake.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend point blank fitness. Jake is very friendly and knowledgeable about fitness, workouts, injury rehab ect. Fantastic experience: WOW where do I even begin! I love how welcoming both Jake and Davina are. Jake is an extremely knowledgeable coach and always has an alternative exercise if anything causes discomfort. I love being challenged and I feel he knows when I’m starting to slack off and pushes me. Training is hard but it never feels like Jake’s expectations are ever too high. He is very patient and willing to explain exercises 50 until it is understood! Jake is extremely accomodating with me bringing my son along, which makes it so much easier to come every day. I have never loved training as much as I do now! I could not recommend Point Blank Fitness enough!

Fantastic experience: So I started with Jake to learn to box before Point Blank at another gym and soon as I met him I instantly felt relaxed and comfortable. For starters the entire workout he puts in so much effort to make sure you are doing everything right and to make sure you are improving every single day not only during the session but outside the gym I've never had a coach that cares so much. I had no choice but to follow Jake on his journey to Point Blank Fitness and it was the best thing I have ever done. The environment of his gym is fantastic he has everything you need there to train, he has a beautiful family, they all work together to create fantastic events throughout the year for bonding it's great! Not to mention Jake has such a large background of competitive training/fighting himself so if you want to be pushed to the absolute limits he can do that for you! Best thing I've ever done 10/10 worth every cent

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training one on one with Jake since before “point blank” began. I had a shoulder injury I was trying to manage myself … an old one compounded from years of training heavy not smart. Jake’s approach is fantastic.. with his guidance and mindful sessions we have achieved amazing results. I like to challenge myself and Jake does that !! He knows how to “read” my body and what I’m needing how far to push and when to back off. My shoulder will never be 100% but it works.. I’m strong and getting stronger and more flexible with Jake’s patient and focused method using body movement. Point Blank Fitness is “Jake” that’s why it’s so s good I look forward to many more training sessions and more goals being smashed. Thank you Jake

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Point Blank Fitness once a week for a private PT session for about a year now. Jake continues to help me improve my strength and flexibility. My goal wad to run 50km, which I achieved (ever so slowly) in February 2022. The PT sessions with Jake are targeted to my specific needs and abilities, while giving me the gentle push I need. The training environment is relaxed and non-threatening, never boring. Always challenging. Jake has a thorough knowledge of physiology and can adjust exercises to suit all abilities. I would recommend Jake and Point Blank Fitness to anyone who wants to improve themselves while having a bit of fun too.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym started in may after the birth of my second daughter, they are super family friendly. The workouts can be really intense getting a great fully body training in. But Jakes it also really great at creating custom workouts and movements to pinpoint muscle and joints that that you want to/ need to work on to help you reach fitness goals long term. Jake is great sorce of boxing and gym knowledge and is always available for a chat and to help point you in the right direction. He also big on supporting local and always recommendeds local company's to go and see for recovery or anything that will help reach your goals.

Fantastic experience: Jake and team are dedicated and focused on not only fitness but health and well being. I have really valued his input into my teenage boys. He has been a great mentor and role model to them, helped them understand their growing bodies and what it really means 'to be strong and fit'. Jakes flexibility with sessions is a huge bonus to a family who is busy. For us it is a 'family gig' being at Point Blank and we love it.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend this place more. Jake and the team share a vast knowledge on not only fitness but health and well-being, I myself showed up for a class with a neck injury and rather than just put it aside for the time being, Jake spend 45min showing me an arrange of stretching techniques that helped so much that by the end of the day it felt like the injury had never happened. Iv really enjoy my time and learned so much thanks to point blank and am eager to keep expanding my knowledge of the sweet science.

Fantastic experience: Point Blank is brilliant! Jake is a very knowledgeable and committed coach. He helped me manage and then eliminate my knee pain in mere weeks. The classes are tough and expect to sweat but Jake is good at adjusting the sessions to accommodate different skill and fitness levels.
