Positive experience: Been going here twice a week for well over a year. Physio gym sessions not very structured, work at own pace with a set of moves given to you. Hydro pool is ok, bit hard to get in and out of you need upper body strength to use the ladder also pool not big enough (5mx2m) for more than one comfortably at a time. No safety rails in shower or a shower chair but water warm and body wash supplied. program I am part of allows access to physios, dietician and podiatrist
