Club Aurora - Fitness + Spa

Fantastic experience: We visited Club Aurora while visiting Brisbane. Lovely staff, great training equipments and very clean. Highly recommend this club.

Negative experience: Photo says everything. I had a booked tour at 11:30am I went into the building-- no one was there and no one answering the calls and no one ever answered my text messages (not even now). This is not exactly the customer service I expect from any gym, let alone a gym charging $40+

Fantastic experience: The energy at this gym is always positive. I enjoy the variety of equipment and the spacious layout. Plus, the staff is always willing to help if I have any questions.

Fantastic experience: Dropped into Club Aurora while staying in Brisbane. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym was clean, a great environment to train in and well laid out. Whether you’re living or just short staying in Brisbane I highly recommend getting in a workout here.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym, super clean. Was nice and quiet around 12:30pm. All the equipment is well maintained and is smooth to use. Charlie was very helpful and friendly. I worked out here for a week while I was in Brisbane for business.

Fantastic experience: Aurora is truly an oasis in the Brisbane CBD when it comes to working out.! Big shout out to Charlie (helping with a special request) and Salma - both amazingly helpful, friendly and welcoming. If you are traveling then this a great place to drop in for a work out. Fantastic experience: Great Gym. It is clean and equipped with a wide variety of machines and free weights. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. The personal trainers are impressive, tailoring workouts to individual needs. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, making it easy to stay motivated. If you’re looking for a gym in Brisbane’s CBD this is the one.

Fantastic experience: The gym is so beautiful and clean, and I love the classes. Irene is so much fun, her classes are amazing Great location and so many equipment options, would recommend!

Negative experience: Gym is dirty and dusty - I fed back and a week later the equipment was still covered in dust. No change rooms for men and nowhere to keep clothes off of the wet shower floors. Music is loud and terrible like most gyms. One of the staff members was rude to me about the music - as it’s more for them than it is their customers who all wear earphones to drown it out. I left this gym after less than two weeks. Found one down the road for half the price and it’s clean!!!

Fantastic experience: I had an incredible experience here, The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I Did the sauna and spa room today and absolutely loved it. So relaxing and a great way to unwind after a very busy start to the week. Very cute place with a relaxing room. I’ve already signed up . Highly recommend this place. It was kept very clean and well presented rooms. Thanks for a great visit. Can’t wait to be back.

Fantastic experience: Club Aurora was really good for me. As a visitor to Brisbane, I was looking for somewhere to relax and freshen up before I could check-in to my accommodation. I found Club Aurora, and I'm glad I did! I didn't use the gym, but it looked like it has all the essentials. What I was interested in was having a chill out session in the spa and sauna. These facilities were really good, and I left feeling fresh and rested. The staff were really nice and down to earth.

Fantastic experience: This gym is lovely and new! 24/7 with some amazing add on amenities, like the infrared sauna and spa, both a men's and women's side so everyone can relax in privacy. Charlie is very accommodating and open to feedback, he really cares about the gym and people. If you're looking for a space that's not over crowded and has a relaxed atmosphere, this gym is for you!

Fantastic experience: Great facility with everything you need. I was in town for work fot a few days and it was far more affordable than the other gyms. Very clean and not super busy. The hot tubs and saunas were an added bonus. Definitely worth checking out.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Has a mineral spa and an infrared sauna which is great for your skin. The gym itself is quite small but has all the machines and equipment you need. Staff are very friendly and it’s always clean!

Negative experience: Gym was great a year ago. It’s very small, but immense value came from trainers who helped you get the most of it! Most of the great trainers left for one reason or another. The last straw for me was the loss of manager/trainer Casey. He was the sole reason this gym felt properly boutique and he really elevated the brand.

One added bonus for me was the free towel service - something you don't often see at other gyms. Fantastic experience: Sometimes you get a nice gym, sometimes you get a nice spa - rarely do you get them both in one. Love this gem!

Negative experience: Nice facility but not worth the price, especially the spa package. Other than gym floor, facilities are only open when staffed so are only open when most people are at work and can’t use them (nothing on weekends either). Not very convenient to get to unless you’re already in the cbd, and no place to put a bike if you’re cycling in. Good for a niche audience with time to use facilities.
