Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for a year and a half now and absolutely love it! The team are amazing and always give us the best vibes. They are the ultimate hype men and always encourage us to lift heavier and do better. The music is also fab!!! Love that it’s a small studio and everyone is so welcoming.

The owners—who are brothers—are incredibly welcoming, motivating, and genuinely passionate about helping you achieve your goals while making the process fun and enjoyable. There’s a real sense of community here that sets it apart. The vibe is always positive and uplifting—it’s the kind of place you actually want to show up to. The sessions are well-structured and thoughtfully planned, which takes all the guesswork out of training. You just show up, give it your best, and feel better for it every time. What really makes this place special is everything that happens beyond the workouts. We regularly organise group runs, take part in fitness competitions, and catch up over breakfast or coffee. There’s a strong sense of connection and support, and I’ve made some genuinely close friends through the gym. It’s an awesome place to grow stronger, both physically and socially. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Fantastic experience: Everything about Fitstop Woolloongabba is 10/10. What sets this place apart is the trainers/owners and the community which have become my second family. Turning up to the gym is never a chore due you the motivating, positive environment at the Gabba! If your looking for top notch training and a supportive community, you wont be disappointed.

Tristan, Preston & Dylan are all excellent trainers and really instill a lovely friendly, community vibe amongst the members. There's also lots of workout sessions throughout the day so you can be flexible when you attend. You should check it out!

Fantastic experience: I joined Fitstop Woolloongabba over a year ago during a 2-week free trial, and I can honestly say it's the best decision I've ever made. Initially, I was just searching for any gym, having never done functional training before and not being particularly fit. The trainers are amazing at creating an environment where everyone feels welcome and supported, regardless of their fitness level. Since joining, I’ve never gone less than five times a week, and that’s saying something! The community here is unmatched, and it's what keeps me coming back week after week. Thanks to Fitstop Woolloongabba, I am now the fittest I have ever been. Fantastic experience: Best gym in Brisbane! The workouts are a great balance of strength, conditioning, individual focus, and teamwork. The schedule is broad with times to suit everyone. The trainers are expert, really encouraging and supportive. There’s a great community vibe and everyone is welcome from first timers to experienced gym goers. Lots of variety, lots of options, structured challenges throughout the year, great people, and some social events too.

Fantastic experience: WG Fitstop is amazing!! Youthful and energetic. Such friendly, passionate and focused trainers there to help and support you throughout the weeks sessions and more. With friendly members and that warm and cozy community spirit, the workouts are challenging but also fun!! 10/10!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic gym and vibe. I'm not a massive gym junkie, I hate routine, I will grimace and swear through most exercise but the last 6mths of FitStop with the Gabba team has been the most consistent fitness routine I've had for probably a decade. A great community that let's you build your own goals and be safe with great technique training. Plus puppies!!! Yay!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love coming here, I’ve been to most gyms in the area and nothing beats Fitstop. The workouts (proper lift days with squats, deadlifts and bench) are awesome, the community is friendly and welcoming and, the trainers are awesome. I never feel bored or unchallenged with the classes (which makes it more motivating to go), I’ve been coming for three months now and haven’t seen results like this before, I’m stronger and fitter than I’ve ever been in such a short amount of time.
