Fantastic experience: F45 Glendenning has helped me stay on top of my fitness and my meal planning. Their staff are so friendly and so supportive of everyone who attends. Rana has been one of the most amazing staff members I have encountered at a gym before. She constantly checks up on you and leads you in the right direction for your health and fitness journey. Would recommend to everyone to try out.

Fantastic experience: Glendenning f45 is the gym to train at. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and very supportive. The energy that they put out is addictive and makes working out so fun. I’ve had memberships at many other gyms and no other gym compares to the Glendenning f45. Such a fun, motivating supportive team. Keep up the good work team

Fantastic experience: F45 Glendenning has been the first gym I have stuck with for 3 years plus! The trainers are so supportive and the community are amazing! I would highly recommend as we are the biggest studio! Team training has definitely kept me here for a long time and a good time!

They will absolutely push you to your limits and challenge you where they can, motivating you to do better, be better and feel better!!
