Fantastic experience: Excellent facility for Gymnastics and Swimming. Friendly staff. It's heavily used means it's crowded during peak time, but management and staff do wonderful job. Ample parking around West HQ and it's free. I am very satisfied customer.

Fantastic experience: Used the pool facility over a Saturday and Sunday for several hours each day. Staff were friendly and lifeguards were active throughout. Kids learn to swim lessons were in the indoor pool separate from the indoor pool I was using, which was nice. Changeroom facilities were clean. Staff at reception were keeping records of patrons for contact tracing during COVID, auto hand sanitiser provided at entry points.

Fantastic experience: Had a small admin issue but the gentlemen Nick was very helpful. I love going to this place and watching my kids compete. Can't wait til we get that gold medal! Awesome stuff!

Fantastic experience: I take my son swimming here. Our teacher is really lovely and challenges him to try things out of his comfort zone that I personally wouldn't be able to show them. The price for lessons is also surprisingly competitive.

Fantastic experience: The membership at One55 allows for entrance into the pool, as well as with Fitness Passport members. The staff are great and friendly, and plenty of people come here during the school holidays. Clean and modern facilities and ample space for a swim, also plenty of parking around as well.

Fantastic experience: this place gave me the passion to do different kinds of things and get me confidence up to the max point i have been in gymnastics for 5 yrs and been in swimming since i was 4 turning 5 it gave me things to hold skills in acro (acrobatics) and i went to lvl 1 to lvl 3 to level 3a and now lvl 5 the coaches are very nice and things to make us strong the experience was great l'll continue for until i want to reach to world championships now this review is 1 year old and now I’m in level 6! I love this sport as much as I can to but sometime you can get stressed and tired but what you bring to it make you have the happiness and the confidence in yourself to keep on going. Pessue your dreams as much as you can and you and it makes you have a love for either swimming or gymnastics. Thank you for making me review this.

Fantastic experience: Great gymnastics programs, really friendly administration & cafe staff. Great coffee and treats. Coaches are fantastic and well trained, and the Kindergym class is incredibly fun for the kids whilst teaching them fine & gross motor skills! Also had a gymnastics party there in 2014 and it went so smoothly, everything was provided and everyone enjoyed the day!
