Fantastic experience: Lauren has been looking after my daughter since she was injured playing soccer. She was responsible for an accurate assessment and a very swift diagnosis of a spinal injury. She's been looking after us ever since and my daughter is happily on the road to recovery.

Fantastic experience: I have visited Gloria 3 times and after only 3 weeks of simple targeted exercises and therapy, my constant hand arthritis pain has nearly disappeared! My fingers are stronger and almost pain free, and my rings fit again! I wish I'd done this years ago. Totally delighted with the result.

Fantastic experience: Agree about the lovely staff. Went there with a recurring knee problem. It started to settle down soon after my first visit with Gloria. She explains everything clearly and considers your individual circumstances which really helps you stick to the tailored exercise program that she regularly adjusts. Great results - no pain, better balance and improved lower body strength.

Fantastic experience: I had a surgery few months ago due to a ruptured tendon. I couldn't move my finger and Gloria helped me regain my strength, she works like a magician! I was able to go back to driving and cooking in just few weeks. Highly recommended. Great location, new space. Looking forward to doing Pilates with Gloria soon!
