Negative experience: Been twice to the massages booked online only to find it closed in last 2 weeks Poor professionalism from AIF and students.

Negative experience: Hours are incorrect, states closes 5pm Friday, all options are diverted to voicemail from 4.25pm

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of dealing with Lachlan Veal. He was super helpful, transparent and went above and beyond to help answer any queries I had regarding my options. He was the only point of contact I’ve had with AIF and if the rest of the institution shares his qualities I’m confident I’m in safe and reliable hands to complete the course and be industry ready.

Negative experience: I was a student with AIF last year. I registered a blended course - half face to face and half online. Students who’s like me and paid a premium were all in the preference of the face to face component. However half way through the course AIF changed delivery method and everything was online and only refund us $1500 in cash, otherwise could just quit, which I thought was extremely unprofessional and money driven behaviour. The course content wasn’t impressive in my opinion and assessment marking was very strict. You need a lot of time dedicated on being perfect in every answer to meet their standard marking criteria. Good luck for those who are attending online courses. I personally certainly didn’t enjoy the learning experience.

Fantastic experience: Completed my Cert 3 & 4 at AIF, found the whole process really enjoyable, great interactive content and the coaches were fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get into the industry!

Negative experience: Avoid. Studied here a massage student- was miss sold on signing up to what was actually delivered. The resources and exams provided are either in need of repair and replacement, or when it comes to the studies, are full of grammatical errors or out right don't make sense. Ended up in a too full class which the coach (who would shout and scream at us) ended up leaving part way through resulting in the only remaining coach being over worked and under resourced. I'm now in the industry with sub par skills as a result and having to pay for further education. They are over priced and do not deliver. You would be better off going to evolve or tafe.

Fantastic experience: Studied with AIF to become a personal trainer & I could not recommend them enough! Their attention to detail across all classes and studies is incredible. I was never left behind with my studies and i met some incredible people along the way. If you’re looking for. Fitness course to cover EVERYTHING you need to know, AIF is it!

Negative experience: My partner and I experienced a miscarriage during her study and AIF refused to reasonably work with us to get through this difficult time. To defer they require a $900 fee and to leave the course, they require a medical certificate covering 24 months which a doctor couldn’t foresee.

Negative experience: The fitness coaches in this campus looks like they may need a personal trainer them self. What a joke if course for those sort of money! Make sure you do a proper research before you choose your course provider. This place is just an embarrassment.

Negative experience: There are much better education provides on the market with less fees and better facilities. This joke of a business is too busy with sales not with actually doing their job.

Negative experience: Those are very overpriced courses that offers not more then the TAFE with worse facilities, less experienced coaches, no parking and squashed practical part of the course that doesn’t make you anything close to be industry ready. Only places who want you to pay rent are interested in Australian Institute of Fitness graduates to work for them.

Negative experience: Absolute joke of a company, sales women full of promises saying how easy it would be to complete while i was working full time 11hrs a day 5 days a week. She rushed me through all the agrements without really giving me a chance to read them saying how the deal was ending today and if i didnt sign up it would cost me more money the day after. After a month i cancelled and cost me $1300 for absolutly nothing. No sympathy just wanted the money from me, also part of the cost was for a course i was meant to start in 2023 but somehow the cooling off period had ran out, Real dodgey. Guess they have some real fine fine print to read. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Negative experience: Just renewed my annual membership and a week later you've added on a direct debit for an extra subscription. This was never authorised nor signed for and you have absolutely no right in direct debiting services you choose to add on. You've been contacted three times with zero response so speak to the ACC

Negative experience: The coaches are great which is why it’s 2 star, but the sales side of things is shocking. They failed to let me know l wouldn’t get my cert 3 when l changed to part time (full time get it but part time don’t) as well as the transaction fees after they claimed it to be “interest free with no other charges.” Have been waiting a week for them to get back to me. Sales team are just money hungry.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! The staff are very rude and only care about your money and very little about your actual education and well-being. I stopped going after about a month due to health reasons and they said I still need to pay the full $7000+ dollars to them. Would never recommend them to anyone

Negative experience: Terrible, nasty horrible staff. I ran into office asking to please use their phone as my Dad with brain cancer had wandered off. Admin lady had to ask manager who refused to let me use their phone.

Negative experience: I cancelled my membership over 2 months before my course even started due to extenuating circumstances and I was liable for $2700 for nothing.

Negative experience: Tried to force me to start now so they can hit their quota. Didn't care about my goals at all.

Negative experience: asked how much a Personal trainer course would cost. the receptionist went away to discuss with the manager. She came back and said 'you have to fill out a form online, someone will call you and give you a quote' what in the hell kind of service is that? what reptile running this place changes the price based on how much they can get out of you?

Negative experience: Nutrition course is absolutely worthless and $$$.

Negative experience: Not happy the support of study .... i paid for it didnt finish it because my wife had a kid ... they told me i had to pay 300 to go back .... then they told me the corse had changed so i needed to pay $1000 on top of the $300 to go back to study ... dont get locked into the money trap

Fantastic experience: I unfortuantely started out studying at a different institute. I thought Australian Institute of Fitness was too expensive. I thought "why should I pay that much and yet can pay cheaper at another place and get the same outcome". Unfrotunately the insitute I was studying with did not deliver. SO I bit the bullet and started at AIF. To be honest I would spend the money over and over again. From studying with another institute to AIF, the difference is mind blowing. Firstly the coarse is structured. The coarse is scheduled head to toe, with dates where assesments are due ( which keeps you accountable), they have coaching sessions online every fornight ( that you must attend), they actually have rules ( again which keeps you accountable) and the staff and coaches are super friendly. It doesn't sound like a lot but you really do get what you pay for. I had no deadlines with the previous coarse, I didn't know where I was at in the coarse, also I didn't feel apart of a team. AIF makes sure that even if you're studying online you feel apart of a team. I really am glad that I ended up with AIF.

Negative experience: Received a call back on my enquiry in certificate 3 & 4 courses. I have been told they do not tell the fee untill I make it sure that I will do the course. They want to meet me to asses wether I will get selected or not, do I have budget or some savings, can I afford the course. The girl was very rude and arogant and blamed me that I am just calling all colleges to compare the prices only. She should know that it is my right to ask and find out the price before I start my study. If you can not give me the required information, I am happy not to be your student.

Negative experience: came here about a year ago to find out If I could finish off my cert 4 (I had already done all but 2 of the units at tafe and needed to complete the last two for the certificate) I had given my email and info to the staff on two occasions so they could chase it up and get back to me. to this day I have not received a reply other then "pay us $100 to become a member and we can calculate the cost for you" (something that everywhere else will do for free as you don't want to pay 100$ to find out its still overpriced and cannot be paid) .. but I do constantly get spam mail from the institute. (Don't leave them an email, choose to come back or callback or find a place that will tell you how much they will charge you for the course with out pinching $100)

Fantastic experience: I am a local franchisee for Ready Steady Go Kids and we have a national career partnership with AIF. I have employed a few people currently doing/finished their course at AIF and can honestly say that they have a real drive/passion for their work and are very reliable. Recommended very highly and will continue to use AIF for all future staffing needs.

Positive experience: Amazing coaches and trainers that can offer lots of industry advice. The career scouts have been brilliant helping me to find local businesses to complete training at.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at the AIF in Parramatta - Coaches were knowledgeable, understanding and really opened my eyes to the world of Health and Fitness. The Trainer Experience Program gave me the opportunity to meet with possible career providers and ultimately led to my employment at Vision PT Drummoyne. Highly recommended!
