Fantastic experience: It is impossible to cancel your direct debit. I have been trying for 3 months and they are still taking money out of my account in spite of the Bank trying to cancel the transactions

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym with a great atmosphere and everything you need to train comfortably. The gym is always clean and the staff are super friendly! Shoutout to Amanda – she is absolutely amazing! Always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the members. She goes above and beyond to make everyone feel supported and motivated, which really makes a difference.

Negative experience: Useless mobile app. Walked all the way to gym just to realise mobile app was useless, wouldn’t allow me access to gym. What’s the point of having app if i still have to carry physical card?

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love spending an hour a day at Plus Fitness Goulburn. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming and happy to assist at any time. The other advantage is the availability of equipment and the friendliness of the others working out!! Highly recommended..

Positive experience: Good Gym priced well. Not the most up to date equipment but given the price for membership and use and 24hr access very affordable. Also not to busy, particularly outside (regular) gym hrs which is great if your a solo grinder for gains or perhaps someone a little more self conscious around people. Staff present at time were very polite and approachable.

Positive experience: It's a tight space sometimes when there a few people in the Gym. Overall happy with the gym just wish they had a Heavy bag/boxing bag in the corner somewhere.

Fantastic experience: Signed up on Friday.. as soon as I got there was greeted by super friendly staff who went over everything with me .. gave me the tour …guided me to the right things and gave me an idea of what to do to start with. I’ve honestly never felt more welcomed in any other gym in Goulburn but definitely glad I now go here.. I’ve never been more excited to go the gym

Negative experience: Honestly if I could give a 0 star I would. Me. (16f) Decided to try out a gym for the first time. Upon arrival. Everything seemed good and staff was friendly. Went once and decided I didn't like it. Realised a week later that they drew money until I had negative balance in my account multiple times. So I tried to contact them. Said they'd email me a cancellation form which I never received. They continued to draw out money I didn't have so I called again. Ended up going in store later to cancel only to be talked over the top of and called a liar by a female staff member. She then mentioned something about a free 3 day trial which was never mentioned to me and as a new gym member would've been nice to know. But they obviously only care about money. Honestly the worst experience I've had with a buisness and will likely never try out another gym.
