Fantastic experience: just started coming here within the last 2 weeks but very impressed with the environment , large range of machines that are well maintained, as well as the environment is good and not too buzy compared to other places which is what i prefer , staff are great as well as the prices are very good , definitely will continue to come to this gym

Fantastic experience: Tunes are loud but not distracting, drink fountain has both water pressure and cooled (why this seems so hard to achieve in most gyms is beyond me...), small cardio area but that's not why you go to this style of gym. Has all the bars you would want..sissy squat, trap bar, strongman ohp style bar, modified squat bar. Machines are all in good condition, lat pull down and cable row with separate arms is a great addition to standard. Atmosphere is great with all the greats on the wall from Arnold to Jordan to Ali. Plenty of people in between to keep you motivated. Owner seems to be legit about helping people and keeping it the same atmosphere it's always been. Knows all his members no swipe in swipe out. It's a wave and how are you. Plenty of weight plates and varying machines to keep you making gainz whilst the old favorites are also there to keep you honest.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Great variety of weights. Not a huge cardio section but has a boxing area. Their casual rates are the most competitive in the area!
