F45 Training Bella Vista

Fantastic experience: This is the best training studio for anyone. The friendly atmosphere makes me want to keep coming in back for more! Kav and Carmen are the best trainers/ owners and generally great people who have the utmost respect and care for their members. Definitely, recommend you try out this studio! Best in the hills hands down!

Fantastic experience: The F45 Bella Vista team and community is amazing. I initially started as they are the only gym that has a 5.15am class on Monday - Friday. All other gyms in the area have from 6am or later which doesn't fit my schedule. Kav, Carman and the team are welcoming and friendly. They push you safely and support you when you are just starting out. The community is also so supportive. I started 6 months ago, and never been so consistent with showing up and putting the effort in. If you are looking for results, look no further.

Fantastic experience: Carmen, Kav and all the trainers are fabulous. It is a clean and airy space, supportive and you definitely get a good sweat out! They also help you to make sure you’ve got the correct form to help prevent injuries. I would highly recommend F45 for anyone looking into the HIIT space!!

Negative experience: I signed up via the Facebook promotion of $99 for 4 weeks. I immediately got the phone call and spoke to Kev. I told Kev that I wanted to get fit and lose weight and asked if F45 provides support and meal plans. Got the whole sales tactic that they’d provide everything to keep me on track. Didn’t get anything. After a few weeks, I didn’t enjoy as much as I thought so I told Kev to stop the fees once the 4 weeks is up. No response from Kev and got charged $55. I then sms him and called him - no response - no answer. Definitely won’t be recommending F45 Bella Vista to anybody.

Fantastic experience: The F45 Bella Vista team are fantastic! I have been training here for about 6 months and wish I started sooner! Kav and the team make sure you get the most out of each training session, as well as always bringing the energy to every class. The studio is a great space with quality equipment and most importantly an awesome community feel which keeps you motivated. Highly recommend training with these legends!

Fantastic experience: After years away from exercise I joined F45 Bella Training Vista and haven't looked back. As someone who had never used weights and didn't know a burpee from mountain climber; I soon found joy in my new routine. Two years on and I feel stronger, fitter, and much more balanced. If you are looking for a supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly crew to call your fit-fam this is it!

Fantastic experience: F45 Bellavista is a great studio to achieve your fitness goals. Kav and team are great friendly trainers, always pushing you to do your best but also making sure you don’t lose form. Have been going there for over 3 years and it is still as exciting as when I started . There are constant new variations to the exercises that will keep you challenged. The best part you are done in 45 mins, barely walking after the session. Overall super happy that I found F45 Bella vista!

Fantastic experience: Quality training programs, Quality people at this particular f45 and I've lost close to 30 kgs in the time I've been there.. what more can I say. Great place to train! It's coming up to 2 years now and I still love showing up everymorning! Also it's a great little community very welcoming bunch.

Fantastic experience: F45 Bella Vista is a great place to kickstart your fitness goals and continue your fitness journey. The team are amazing as they helped me improve my technique and gave me the personal feedback along the way. The class set up each day is engaging with different routines carried out. During Covid it has been one of the things I look forward to daily. With daily Zoom sessions being carried out. You can join live or do it at your own time with the recording. Sessions are both body weight and weighted exercises. Gets the heart rate up and I feel great afterwards. The F45 app provides you with meal ideas and exercise workouts to keep you on track. I’d recommend F45 Bella Vista to everyone ☺️

Fantastic experience: F45 Bella Vista is an extremely friendly, inclusive, professional, and motivational place to train. The trainers go out of there way to know each client, to know their goals and to help motivate them in their individual styles. The other clients of this gym are a joy to spend time with both in class and outside at the social events held throughout the year. F45 has helped me not only achieve above and beyond my goals; it's brought me closer to my community and made me feel at home.

Fantastic experience: F45 Bella Vista is the BEST!!! I’ve been going for over a year now and still love walking in the doors everyday! They have been so amazing during lockdown with at home support and workouts available twice a day! It’s my favourite type of gym because you don’t have to worry about what to do when you get there! Just walk-in and the trainers help you do the rest! Would recommend anyone of any ability and fitness level to try them out! You won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: This place is life changing! Kav, Carmen and the team at F45 Bella Vista have created a great motivational environment where you can achieve your fitness goals. I’m 48, joined in August 2020 and am now fitter than I have ever been. I have lost 15kg and reduced my body fat by 10%. My life outside of the gym has also been so positively influenced by these achievements. Even now in lockdown Kav and Carmen are still running the sessions via zoom and it works!.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Gavin and the team at BellaVista F45. I was a casual ring in from Nth Qld, training whilst attending to a sister with health issues in Sydney. They welcomed me in, worked me hard, were extremly helpful and accomadating. Fantastic training ambience and a true team and community feel. Look forward to droppinbg by again some time. Fantastic experience: F45 Training located in Bella Vista is a fantastic gym for those looking for a gym that offers many classes, a wide variety of exercises, including weights and resistance training and also high intensity cardio. The trainers at the gym are very friendly and really motivate you to perform at your highest level. I like to attend the 5:15am classes which are not usually booked out but just keep in mind that the later classes fill up fast so you need to book early in advance to get a spot - clearly a testament to how good this gym is.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the BEST "gym" experience I have ever had. I have been to cheap gyms, expensive gyms and Crossfit but none of them compare. Kav and Carmen take great care of their clients - I cannot speak more highly of them and am sad that we no longer attend.

Fantastic experience: One of the best places and ways to train. I love that I can get up and get going early and complete an intense 45 minute session. The results show. Great trainers like Damo make it an energising place to train. Community are great too. If you are thinking of a way of staying fit (especially when you get older!) then I would encourage anyone to try it out.
