Fantastic experience: When I joined F45, I was just looking for a fun way to ease back into fitness without any specific goals. But after a 4-week trial, I was hooked. The workouts themselves- being high-intensity and varied, are both effective and enjoyable, and the supportive coaching team made me feel confident from day one—even with little experience in weight training. Fantastic experience: Cal and the team at F45 Leederville have been so welcoming and supportive. When I joined 12 months ago I was worried I was too unfit and not strong enough to keep up or complete the classes, this wasn't the case, F45 classes aren't just for fit people. The coaches are very supportive and encouraging and will help you get stronger and fitter. I have lost 7kg and improved my fitness and strength. The studio has a great community feel and Cal has always got something fun or special lined up to keep me motivated and coming back for more. Highly recommend coming down and trying a class.

Fantastic experience: What Cal and the team have achieved at f45 Leederville is really something special! I've been to other studios (f45 and other) and nothing compares. It can be daunting trying something new but Cal and the team made me feel so welcome, they kept me coming back and pushing me to be my strongest self. I especially love all the extras they do like Friday night hyrox and Sunday strength club. If anyone is unsure about giving it a try I would say go for it! You won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to join any gym, let alone F45, I didn’t think that I was fit enough to show my face in there. Couldn’t be further from the truth. Cal, Georgia, Kate and the other coaches are so supportive, helpful and motivating. I now “get” to go to the gym in the morning instead of “having” to go the gym!

They’ve got an awesome sense of community and made it easier for me to keep showing up to classes when I started my fitness journey. Fantastic experience: I was looking for a place to train while visiting from interstate and the crew here were so helpful, supportive and accomodating during my time with them! They built such good relationships with me and coached me as if I were a regular client. Despite being in a new environment, I was really motivated to push my limits which was the best part. This will definitely be my go-to fitness studio in Perth! I can't recommend it enough

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for or the perfect embodiment of F45 with the best energy, trainers, people, music and posi vibes - this is the place to be! I remember my first day I walked in nervous and scared cuz I hadn’t been to the gym in two years.. I was greeted by the lovely Kate and Georgia who made me feel comfortable instantly - two weeks in and I was obsessed and all fear was out the window! All the trainers including Joana and Cal are so positive and dedicated, they always pace you, modify you and push you at the right time! And that’s not all! There is so much more to Leedy than the class itself. They keep changing it up so there’s always something new to look forward to! There are nutrition seminars, freebie Fridays (das the best), meditation, ice baths, run club, Kate’s random dance outbursts, social evenings and so much more! I am really grateful and happy to be a part of this beautiful team! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I trialled a few F45 franchises before settling in at the Leederville studio. I like the trainers (obviously!) but the gym setup is very good. High ceiling and ample space doesn't make you feel claustrophobic during the intense workouts. Facilities are good. Wish there was better parking but it's Leederville so can't expect more.

Fantastic experience: I train here at least 3 times a week, mostly 5-6 times a week. The style of training is HIIT, which stands for high intensity interval training. Every session is setup so you dont have to plan your work out, it is all preplanned, demonstrated by a trainer and then shown on a screen a screen as well. For me the fact you don't have to think about what you are going to do us very important for me, I just want to wake up, go to the gym and someone tell me what to do. Great staff and made some friends here as well.
