Fantastic experience: I started at Inspired a few months ago after feeling unmotivated at my local gym & wanting to be pushed again. From the very start I was welcomed in, the coaches are all so friendly & the classes push you to really challenge yourself!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Inspir3d Culture since the beginning and have enjoyed every minute and every workout class. I have never been bored of the training and really enjoy the 8 week training blocks to be able to see my progression in different exercises. The gym has always been incredibly welcoming for people of all fitness levels and the coaches are approachable and motivating. I had a baby almost a year ago and have been doing 1:1 coaching with Leah since I have returned post partum to training. Leah and the team have played a key role in me being able to gain my fitness and confidence back. I was able to ease back into training and have gradually build my cardio and strength over the time to hit some huge PBs. I can’t thank Inspir3d enough for the support and recommend this gym to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym! It's more than just a place to work out it's a real community. Leah,trainers and members are so welcoming, and you can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in. Everyone is supportive, motivating, and genuinely cares about each other’s progress. This gym feels like a second home, and I always leave feeling inspired and uplifted. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great community based gym.

Fantastic experience: The coaching at Inspired is next level. I am pushed to do better, be better, lift heavier. As well as encouraged to rest and rehabilitated injuries, focus on sleep and mental well being then that’s what’s required. Everyone from staff to gym members are extremely friendly. We work hard but we laugh hard too- I never knew working out could be so fun. I would recommend inspired to anyone

Fantastic experience: I never found a gym I really liked until I stepped into Inspir3d. I was planning to go 2/3 times a week, but I go most days as it’s just such a great place, super inspiring and motivating. The WODs are easy to follow but challenging, and the coaches are lovely and supportive. Everyone is super friendly and it doesn’t feel cliquey like some other gyms! It is not your ordinary gym of treadmills but a proper thought-out workout with a variety of variations to suit you with constant guidance and positive feedback! Fantastic experience: Leah and her team are so so supportive both in class and outside the class, with frequent check ins! Crèche has been a life saver with getting me back into the gym post baby and keeping my body and mind happy. The crèche girls are a gem keeping my baby happy while I get my workout in!

Fantastic experience: Love this place! So welcoming & supportive whether you’re just coming to class for movement or working toward a specific goal, they’ve got you. Family friendly as well with a kids zone which makes it so much easier for me to attend with my 2 year old

Fantastic experience: Leah and her trainers are amazing. They really care about you and your journey and are so supportive and always checking in with you. It’s a great culture. starting out as a beginner I was made to feel welcome and someone always made the time to make sure I was comfortable in the class and understood the movement in each exercise. Fantastic experience: Joined Inspir3d for three weeks while I was staying NOR and loved it. Leah made the joining process as simple and welcoming as could be. All the trainers set great workouts, with accommodations wherever needed. Will definitely be popping in for casual classes when I am in the area!

The staff are knowledgeable and motivating. The sessions have an awesome vibe and you really feel part of a team whilst working out. 5 stars from me hands down!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love coming here! I started at PLC in September 22 with no idea what I was doing and honestly didn’t even think I would stick it out. Leah really helped me be more accountable, and having a child herself was a shining example that being a mum isn’t an excuse to neglect yourself!! The coaches and the community are so helpful and I would not have expected to have achieved the results I have in what feels like such a short amount of time. I couldn’t recommend PLC Balcatta enough to anyone wanting to start making themselves a priority.

Fantastic experience: I joined PLC Balcatta a few months ago after being encouraged to do so by my son. As a woman in her early 60s I was a little concerned about training with weights and high intensity as it had been about 8 years since I’d done anything like it. It has been a hugely rewarding experience from the very first session. Encouragement is offered freely as are options to scale according to your needs on the day. There is no judgement from anyone and every gain whether big or small is celebrated by everyone. It’s a very welcoming and friendly environment for every gender and age group including babies, pre schoolers and furry friends! To see the young mums and dads come in and train while their children are close by is terrific and exactly what a lot of parents need. The energy at every session I’ve attended is high and happy. As for me I am so inspired to continue as I make gains and meet my goals. Thank you Leah for your commitment and energy. You are an exceptional business woman and coach. Thank you to all the coaches for your knowledge and time. I would actively encourage anyone to give it a go…

Fantastic experience: LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Leah and her team have made the transition back to exercise after having my baby easy and engaging. The gym is a great space, a great community and welcoming for parents with their kiddies….so no excuses! The coaches are knowledgeable and fun and the sessions are a great mix for all types of levels. I’ve never loved exercise but I can say that I actually look forward to the next session, the next health check in and best of all….seeing my health and fitness improve. So glad I found his place!! The owner Leah works so hard to create an inclusive but fun gym environment and all the trainers are so knowledgeable and supportive. Highly recommend to gym junkies and newbies alike! Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend PLC Balcatta enough! Leah and the other staff have been so welcoming and helpful with goal setting, motivation and ensuring every exercise in each of the classes are done correctly and safely. I look forward to every class and the variety of exercises each day make it so fun. I’ve only been at PLC for a month and I’ve already noticed so many improvements in my fitness and strength and I’m hitting new PBs every week!

Fantastic experience: PLC Balcatta is such an amazing community and makes going to the gym really enjoyable! The classes all have such a great vibe to them and the trainers are so helpful and attentive that you get the most out of every session. Plus most of the playlists are epic so dancing in between sets is encouraged :) Can not recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Hands down best Gym in the area. The vibes are great, the workouts are well structured with a great mix of cardio and weights. Anyone at any fitness level can come into this gym and do the workouts. I have tried a few similar gyms but none offer a more welcoming and all inclusive environment like PLC Balcatta. Leah has done well to bring everyone together and the outside of the gym social gatherings are always fun! 10/10. I highly recommend this gym, you wont be disappointed.

The gym is so well looked after, good workout playlists, caters for all (kids and 4 legged babies too!). The coaches listen to your personal goals and guide you in the direction to achieve. Fantastic experience: If you are after a gym that has amazing, supportive coaches and all inclusive environment no matter what your fitness level is, look no further than PLC Balcatta. They push you every session and are constantly giving you advice and help with technique. PLC Balcatta also has a kids zone which has something for every age. And one of the coaches has even worn my 4 month old baby in the baby carrier during the session when she was unsettled. Leah the owner is has created a amazing environment down at the gym. She is there almost every session greeting everyone with a smile, making conversation with the members and encouraging us all while we work out alongside her coaches. Check it out yourself. You won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I started at PLC Balcatta a few weeks ago when they opened in early December 2021. I've been to a few different gyms over the years and I can honestly say PLC Balcatta is the best by far. The trainers are very knowledgeable, always coaching you to improve your technique and pushing you to your limits. The gym itself is spacious and all the equipment is brand new. The members are so friendly and supportive. The owner, Leah, has created a great gym! I rarely leave reviews but if you're thinking about joining a new gym, PLC Balcatta will not disappoint.
