Negative experience: They have scaming me for months. I cancelled my subscription and still been charged after months.

Positive experience: The gym is well equipped and they are new, the staff are friendly and the gym never gets busy. It has boxing bag as well. I would say the showers and toilets need more attention, way more attention.

Negative experience: Little bit annoyed spoke to someone last week about signing up for the EOFY sale they had which was no joining fees upfront. Explained i tried on the website but it kept asking for a 70.00 dollar payment. He suggested to come into the gym so we could sort out. I couldnt do so as last week was working late. He said shouldnt be a problem and they could honour the offer. Get there today young guy tells me sorry cant honour the offer anymore as he got in trouble with his manager doing this for someone else. Which is fine if you cant honour it. But Why waste my time coming in to tell me this? You couldnt tell me over the phone. He even mesaged me eariler in the day to confirm i was coming in. Oh well guess i will stay with surge.

Fantastic experience: A great place to workout which can enhance your physical and mental health.

Negative experience: After suspending my membership due to an injury and an upcoming surgery they still took 2 payments out of my account. Then only refunded one. They are an expensive gym with fairly run down facilities and no customer service to speak of. What out for hidden fees and ridiculous conditions in their contracts.

Fantastic experience: I like the feel and layout of this gym. Plenty of racks and machines too. I read that the PT specialises in Olympic lifts so that also sounds like fun. Tiarna made the sign up process super relaxed and helped me out with the correct use of a few machines that worked a little different from my last gym.

Love the many pop-up events they have like when Supplement Mart comes and gives free samples. One of the best Snap Fitness in Perth (often travel around for work)

Negative experience: My wife and I have moved both internationally and have never experienced anything like it especially when we chose the more expensive gym thinking that we would get a superior service, how wrong can you be. Rude management, careless and care less by nature. Absolutely worst experience ever.

Fantastic experience: Look the gyms not bad for the price, the equipment is pretty decent and also has pretty much everything you need. The manager is is very friendly, talkative and an all round decent human being. The gym is pretty clean and well maintained in my opinion. Also, even if it gets to it’s busy period you can pretty much still get a good workout.

Fantastic experience: SFOP is a nice large gym, easy to work out without having the feeling that you are cramped for space. The club manager and her assistant create a very friendly environment and gladly provide advice for members during their sessions. If you want a happy place to work it you have just found it.

Fantastic experience: Osborne Park Snap is the second snap I’ve been a member of and the quality is consistently good across gyms. The machines and equipment are always well kept, the staff are always friendly and good for a chat, and Tiarna always keeps things fresh by running monthly challenges. Negative experience: Filthy, unrepaired equipment, cheap mall lighting which aren’t all working, bunch of stationery bikes piled together less than a metre apart, weights and miscellaneous equipment all over the floor, can’t find anything I need because it’s so messy, am literally seeing what looks like broken pieces on the leg press machine? It’s also misaligned, I.e. tilted to one side. Can’t tell if it’s a machine issue or flooring issue

It was easy to organise a workout, I was contacted straight away, the manager was friendly and approachable and was happy to show me around and chat about memberships. The equipment and gym was very clean and so were the change rooms and toilets It has a great atmosphere, is in a good location and plenty of parking. I’ll defiantly sign up

Positive experience: The staff are friendly here but all the machines are pretty rough (worn). Doesn’t look like they get regular cleanings either - I’m always wiping down everything before and after my workout. It’s also very warm in here - don’t think they have an aircon on but small fans are in there

Negative experience: Friendly staff and Always welcoming! Some machines bit worse for wear (cable machines) and its just not clean I see the cleaner every time i go but they don't do a very good job. all the pin loaded machines are dusty and sweat marks all over them (frames need to be cleaned regularly), Only 2 wipe dispensers for gym users to access but half the time they are empty and no access to spray and wipe or paper towel. Hand sanitizer station signs on the mirrors but no hand sanitizer.

Negative experience: I had to cancel my membership in May due to some health issues. They confirmed my cancellation but kept charging me. I have asked for my refund but no luck. It's quite disappointing and disrespectful to aperson who was a client since 2017. Don't recommend this gym at all.

Negative experience: Terrible gym, mould in bathrooms, floors never look clean, machines are dirty, can even shower there. I would say not up to hygiene standards..

Negative experience: Never share bank credit card details with them. Always go for prepay. Very annoying system. They keep on charging your card even though you ask to freeze or cancel.

Negative experience: Lack of understanding about client’s financial situation and providing no alternatives except clearing all dues. Of course its easy to attract new members through marketing but in the long run, retaining them is important as well.

Positive experience: The place is wonderful but the equipments are not enough and should look after the gym because being a member i am upset everyday to not find the right attachments for the machines please do something

Negative experience: These guys need a months notice to cancel your membership, meaning if you cancel today, you continue to get charged for the next month, how ridiculous is that? Further more, they dont give you any of the signup fee back, another ridiculous thing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Negative experience: The gym is good something's are not good torn bench seats not.butterflies handles not there, no bars all torn and broken .no music videos connected to the tv. And also not organise well.

Negative experience: Very poor management. Whenever u cancelled ir membership please keep that receipt with u for a proof of cancellation. Otherwise they keep charging u fee until u raise an issue through emails.

Negative experience: One of worst management i see in this gym. I cancelled membership and they still taking money from account until 2 months. When i called and raise an issue and manager’s excuse is they can’t find a paperwork after that still taking money from my account. Many times i called and excuses everyday and ended up with cancelled my membership after taking 2 months fee extra. Don’t go with this gym.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, good equipments

Negative experience: Been a member for a year and during that time the cleanliness of this gym has always been an issue. It is rarely cleaned, the floors where you want to do floor work are truly gross e.g. there was spilled drink/food on the floor for 2 months that was not touched. The equipment is sticky from never being cleaned. The place smells too. I've cancelled my membership, don't join if you want somewhere you can work out without getting sick.

Positive experience: Huge variety of high quality equipment. The issue is that the gym stinks all the time! The rotten stench of old sweat is really bad. I haven't had this problem at other gyms! They can always be a bit whiffy, but this is a really gross smell! I also wish they had better air conditioning now it's getting hot, and more fans!

Negative experience: Do NOT go to this fitness if you don't want to be ripped off. Once you cancel your membership or for any reason you failed to pay for a single fortnight, they send your details to debt collectors without your knowledge and without any notification and after 8-9 months you get a shocking invoice to pay $200+. Then you contact this club and the manager will say your talking to wrong person, then playing around and keep asking you to pay money. This club is dodgy, please be aware. I have all the documents here if someone needs the proof.

Negative experience: Will not be joining this gym again. We canceled our membership and three months later we were still having money taken out of our accounts. Ring them up and apparently it hasnt been put through, get told that they will refund 2 weeks later and still no refund.

Fantastic experience: I've been a Snap Fitness member for around 5 years, initially at Bayswater i then transferred to Osborne Park when I moved. Even though there are several gyms in closer proximity I have stuck with Snap... One of the main reasons why is the staff, Liv & Ange have always been nothing but Welcoming, Friendly, Engaging & have shown a genuine interest in not only my fitness but also my life outside of the gym. Solid weights section, good variety of machines, lots of room, Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I’m being forced to write this review otherwise my membership will be suspended by Liv the Club Manager!...Just joking! Liv is a great Club Manager who is super friendly. She always takes the time out to have a chat with us members which really makes the O.P club feel like one big family. As a female, this is the first gym I’ve ever been to where I feel comfortable working out in the weights area amongst the boys. Part of that comes down to Liv answering any questions I have about the equipment, providing support through demonstrations and being a spot guard/cheerleader. The PTs at this gym are great too, especially Matt Bugge. Best gym I’ve been to and would recommend to anyone!
