Fantastic experience: Great gym, nice friendly environment and the gym manager Ben is always willing to help with tips, spotting and checking in to see how you are progressing.

Negative experience: The showers particularly the disabled shower is unusable. Broken and leaky shower head holder, mouldy curtains, super low pressure that dribbles water out, temperature limited to luke warm, and the light turns off every 5 minutes. I hate to complain about one thing but it should be an important part of a gym and makes showering with a disability unnecessarily unpleasant. It's dissappinting when gyms do this to save money.

Fantastic experience: It was consistent with any times anywhere. I nearly could have got away with a free sesh but tracked down the manager and he only charged $10 which is cheap compared to other anytime. Was clean spacious and gear was well maintained.

Fantastic experience: Good gym. Everything you need. Only AF I've come across in Australia with an auto sliding door... very nice. Edit: Actually AF Bendigo (Kangaroo Flat) gym also has one. So that's 2. And so does AF Hervey Bay. 3.
